An experience of a lifetime
It’s so had to put into the level of professionalism we expected. Eric, Salmon, Frances were amazing. They were super attentive and so accommodating. There knowledge about the animals and all of our surroundings was amazing. Thank you all for a beautiful stay. And the amazing adventure. Until next year ❤️❤️❤️

Highly recommended, well organised and safe.
Pallid Safari’s were excellent from start to finish. Most importantly, they got us in front of the animals we wanted to see. In fact we saw most of the animals we were keen to see on the first day so everything else was a bonus. Eric was always on time, made good hotel selections and was a safe and attentive driver and guide.
Can’t speak highly enough of our 10 days, 9 nights with them throughout Kenya.

Couldn't ask for anything better
Erik was the perfect safari guide. While other safari cars were following each other, we were going in a different direction. He anticipated elephants crossing the road and we were the only ones there. He was also very flexible when we wanted to change the schedule a little bit. A lot of knowledge about animals and a keen eye.
The car was very comfortable and we had new water every day. Even though traffic was chaotic, Erik was a very safe driver.
Additionally, I had to go to the hospital in the middle of the safari tour. Erik brought us there in the middle of the night, waited for a long time without complaints and was thinking of ways to help us. I was overwhelmed with the kindness and considerations and am very thankful for him!
Great guide, amazing journey
Our very amicable guide Eric showed us some great places and was quick to track many amazing wildlife on our 4-day safari. When one of our group members got ill (because of an infection unrelated to the safari), our guide drove us to the hospital in the middle of the night and stayed there to help out, which we greatly appreciated.

Excellent service provided to a family traveling with a toddler

Excellent service for family visiting Kenya
I traveled to Kenya with my family for a 2-week vacation in December. I engaged Pallid Safaris Ltd for all my travels in Kenya. This included airport pickup and drop-off in Nairobi, a three-day trip to Western Kenya, and a Safari to a National Park.
Pallid Safaris Ltd staff were very professional in their communication and conduct. They were transparent about costs, responsive to our needs, arrived early for all pickups, drove very carefully, followed local safety/COVID-19 protocols, and were very knowledgeable of and willing to share the history of Kenya and the various tourist sites that we visited.
Visiting the National Park was the highlight of our trip. Pallid Safaris Ltd staff were fun and engaging, had extensive knowledge of every animal we encountered in the safari, and even located a pride of lions.
I highly recommend Pallid Safaris Ltd because they took our safety very seriously, they were transparent about costs, they were always on time, communicated effectively, and were flexible with changes to our itinerary.
