Tanzania Safari
The overall arrangement for the trip was good, and we had the opportunity to see the highlights—the Big Five—during the Tanzania safari. The accommodations were generally good, with Embalakai Serengeti Camp being the standout. The meals there were delicious, the camp was comfortable, and we even had strong Wi-Fi in our room. However, the experience at Zita Camp, which was arranged as a replacement for our last night due to the original camp being fully booked, was not as good as Embalakai Serengeti Camp. The camp only offered very hot water for showers, and we had to use a whistle to request an escort out of the room, which could be unhygienic. Additionally, the food did not taste good at Zita Camp. Despite this, the other camps were not bad, and overall, we were satisfied with our stays.
For future travelers, I recommend discussing the schedule for viewing the migration with the tour guide, as the picnic spot is quite far from the migration area. Waking up earlier would provide a better chance to secure a good spot for witnessing the river crossing. It would have been great if we were able to see it. Overall, it was a great safari tour!
