Unforgettable safari with Topy Tours: perfect organization and an amazing guide Ben!
We went on a 5-day safari visiting Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara. Our guide was Ben, and he truly is the best! He was always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to answer all our questions, sparking engaging conversations about animals, birds, and plants.
The organization was flawless. Ben managed the timing perfectly, adapting the route according to wildlife sightings and activities outside the parks. He was incredibly kind not only to us but also to everyone we met along the way, making us feel cared for and creating a wonderful bond with us.
The vehicle was very comfortable, always spotless, and stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks. We were lucky enough to see all the animals we had hoped for—some even from very close up! We chose one of their pre-arranged packages, but they also offer the possibility to tailor the trip to your needs. We definitely recommend spending two nights in the Serengeti, as it is vast and truly breathtaking.
The accommodations were lovely. There were a few changes compared to the original plan, but the alternatives turned out to be even better than expected. Very good value for money overall!

Professionalism and reliability of the tour operator from the very first to the very last day! Thanks to our guide Ben, we were able to experience the safari in all its authenticity and uniqueness. We were fortunate to have by our side a guide who is truly passionate about his work and able to share with us his love for nature and wildlife. The lodges we stayed in fully reflected our expectations in terms of service quality and the kindness of the staff. Everything was simply perfect and unforgettable.

Perfect tour operator, amazing experience !
We booked the 5-day safari experience. Jackson has organised the tour perfectly from the start to the end ! We met one day before the start of the tour so he could present our itinerary and answer all the questions we had .
Our driver , John , was an amazing guy. Friendly, polite and helpful he tried to accommodate all our needs . We consider our selves very lucky with our choice !

Way beyond amazing!
Our safari with Topy Tours was way beyond amazing! Huge thanks especially to our guide Amour who has been such a wonderful guide, animal-tracker, driver, and story-teller - all at once! Thanks to Amour's eagle eyes and outstanding tracking skills, we saw all big five and many more species in amazing settings. For instance, we saw a cheetah mum with her cubs feeding on a fresh prey, lions hunting buffalos and gnus, and breastfeeding lion cubs. Amour also had a plenty of exciting stories to share so the time spent on roads passed by very quickly. We also felt very safe with him on the unpredictable dirty roads and in the middle of national parks where he knew exactly the do's and don'ts for an enjoyable and safe safari.
Moreover, communication with Jackson was very smooth from the beginning. The initial offer was very professional and offered a great value for money, including an amazing hotel selection, ranging from small boutique hotels and lodges to bigger ones, but all very well chosen. Jackson's offer was also one of the rare ones including Gran Melia in Arusha, the best hotel in town.
Finally, we were very happy to be able to go with Topy Tours as a local SME tour operator as opposed to big foreign travel agencies.

Perfect and easy.
We did a safari tour with this agency last august and was incredible!! We were 6 people and all was fantastic. Jackson was so very nice and reliable from the start of the trip. It's not easy to organize such a long trip miles away, and he is completely available and responds very quickly to any questions. Payments were very flexible. The hotels were absolutely amazing. The price was very good and very reasonable. Everyone who went agreed that it was the best trip of our lives, thanks in part to the organization. Finally, our guide, Hajji, was incredible. He was very respectful of the animals and very experienced, having worked in the sector for 10 years and knowing every national park inside out. In short, a highly recommended experience.
