1/5

Cooks and liars, avoid this company!!!!
They charged us 20 USD for RENT two bottles of water!!!!!!!!

We agreed for day hike to Kilimanjaro for 155 USD per person.
When Issa come to our hotel the morning he told us that the plastic bottle of water is not allowed in the park (not valid as all the rest people we saw they had plastic bottle) and that we SHOULD rent bottle from him.

After the finish of the hike the guide told us that the rent for the two bottles of water cost 20 USD!!!!!
I called Issa and he told us a lot of excuses (the bottle belongs to his friend) and when i told him that i will write my experience as a review, he proposed to do not write anything and he will let me to pay only 10 USD instead of 20 USD!! and of course i didnt accept it!
I can prove what i said with the messages in Whatsapp.

Avoid this scum company. They wanted a price of 165 USD per person and they tried to took the money with this funny way!!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback Andreas,

Was such a pleasure hosting you for the Kilimanjaro day hike with your girlfriend.

It's unfortunate that you were not happy to be charged for the bottles as we are not owning the store for rental.
It is not a secret that it is not allowed to enter Kilimanjaro National Park with any kind of plastic material and we were very honest with about this before you embark on your journey and you agreed with the advise thus why you went to the rental store to rent the bottles.

That is what we do to all of our clients we have been hosted for their hiking adventure to make sure park rules and regulations are followed accordingly. When asked you not to pay the total 20$ because you forced to pay 10$ only it's where we asked you we can pay the other 10$ onbehalf but you ended up taking guides tip and threatened to write bad review to ruin our company reputation.

Honestly that made us so sad and finally you did it.!

It is with great sorrow that by doing saw it didn't make you happy and the people you saw with plastic materials inside the park they break the rules while we don't want to be like that. Those people once caught they must be fined or the company should not be allowed to do run tours in the park.

When advising our clients what to bring and what not to bring it is clear that we do for their benefit also for the sustainability of our parks. We are taking this as highlight to make sure all of our clients have fully details before they arrive in Tanzania for they adventure experience.

We thank you and promise not to happen agin to our future clients.

Very respectfully,
Zai
