Fred was such a friendly and knowledgeable guide.
An incredible experience with kind and knowledgeable staff. Me and my son had the most amazing safari and felt safe and supported the whole way. It was an added bonus that the staff at Extra Miles surprised me not once, not twice but three times with a birthday cake at different accomodations whilst on the tour. We could not recommend this tour enough. From initial booking, to response of emails, to the actual safari could not have been more attentive and helpful.

The Extra Miles staff truly live up to their name- they provided an outstanding experience for us.
From our first inquiry regarding tour options to the last day of our trip the Extra Miles staff was very accommodating and professional. Timothy answered every question we had with promptness, patience, and thoroughness. Upon arrival at the Nairobi airport at 10:30 pm on a Sunday, we were met by Melissa, Timothy, Victor, and our driver Graham. Our daughter had arrived in Nairobi several hours before we did and the Extra Miles staff had picked her up at the airport and taken her to our hotel. To our surprise, they had then picked her up from the hotel and brought her to the airport to meet us- a very nice and much appreciated touch. The excellent service continued with our driver, Graham. Being a birder, I had requested a driver with knowledge of the birdlife we might encounter at Maasi Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli- and Graham was the perfect choice. His ability to spot difficult to see wildlife while expertly navigating the rough roads in the parks was remarkable. Being interested in birds himself, Graham was very patient with me as I (very frequently) asked him to stop so I could check out yet another distant small bird on a shrub.
Every aspect of the trip, including accommodations and meals was very enjoyable. We had an amazing vacation experience with Extra Miles Unique Adventures and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a budget friendly, yet very comfortable, care-free and memorable trip.

Fantastic and friendly.
Extra Miles Safari company provided a fantastic, and memorable, safari holiday in Kenya. My partner and I travelled to three beautiful national parks with the tour company guide, Fred. Fred was informative and went out of his way to provide us with an amazing wildlife experience. Throughout the experience the travel company employees were incredibly friendly and we have recommended the company to many friends and family since the trip. The only negative was that there was an issue with a delayed Amex payment however this was resolved prior to commencing the tour. Many thanks to Melissa, Truffy and Fred for an amazing holiday.

Perfect experience with Extra Miles Unique Adventures
I booked a 3-day Samburu Safari tour for my parents and me. The booking process was easy and I got every time a quick answer. Our driver (Maurice)was every time on time. Our accommodation was stayed in the middle of nationalpark. It was a nice experience. Maurice was friendly, helpful and our safari weekend was unforgettable. Thank you for all!

They really go extra miles to make your adventure unique
This was an amazing experience for my wife and I thanks to Extra Miles staff like Timothy, Melissa and last but not least Graham. Timothy not only provided all relevant information starting from where and how to apply for the e-visa for Kenya, where to stay in Nairobi and what to carry in the safari but also checked personally how we were doing once we arrived at Nairobi at midnight. He was always prompt in responding to my all queries no matter what time of the day and night it was. Very caring at a personal level and professional.
Melissa provided all the behind the scene support to help us having an amazing experience.
The best that happened in our safari that we got Graham as our guide. This young man with an easy smile was the gem of the tour. He was there early in the morning at 7AM and relentlessly pursuing the best possible locations to show us the animals and birds. His knowledge of these creatures and their habitats were amazing. Do not underestimate this man with slight built , he got a very open and friendly heart always reaching out to help others.
I am giving 5 stars to Extra Miles Unique Adventures because that is the max is allowed here. I would give more if it was allowed.
The only part that could have been better was the food at the Jambo Mara Lodge. The lodge was beautiful, clean , safe and with very helpful staffs but the food wasn’t up to the mark. It was the lodge management who needed to make sure that the food at the restaurant was good.
Our overall experience was very good and unique. I am looking forward to doing it again with Extra Miles Unique Adventures.

They went the extra mile for us providing us with a experience we will remember always.
The safari tour included pickup from airport, transport between rhe locations in Kenya and a skilled driver / guide. The customer service answered quickly and it was really easy to book the safari.
We saw many animals and met the friendly Masai people. The guide went the extra mile for us to get good pictures of the animals
The accomodation was also superb. Would reccomend to anyone :)

Friendly, fantastic attention to detail and made an unforgettable experience for our group.
We had an unforgettable experience on our Safari with Extra Miles Unique Adventures. From the initial contact the team were incredibly accommodating and friendly making sure our trip met our wishes and all details were thought of. They really surpassed what we could have imagined, with fantastic accommodation and experiences. Our driver James was so friendly and kind, and had vast knowledge to share throughout the parks we visited.
I would have no hesitation recommending Extra Miles Unique Adventures to anyone and could guarantee a fantastic trip with this company.

From the moment I contacted Timothy and the Extra Miles Team to plan and prep our safari, this Team ( and I say team because it was a full team of 6 that personally met with us to introduce themselves in person on the first morning upon arriving to Kenya) was nothing but outstanding and exceeded everyone of my expectations. From the coordination and flexibility of arranging and custom detailing the entire itinerary to our liking until we were completely satisfied with everything we wanted to include, at the level of quality we were looking for, for the right price that we had budgeted, all the way up to reliably delivering on making this the most memorable and magical experience for us. We saw all the big 5 and then some all across our trip from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru , Naivasha, and all the way to Amboseli and Mt. Kilimanjaro, Fred took us on an outstanding safari trip everyday of the tour. We saw so many animals, wildlife, fauna, and beautiful scenery all across Kenya. The recommendations and support that the team provided to guide us with our choices of lodges and camps was top notch. Word to the wise, take Timothy and the team's advise on recommended places to book as you create your itinerary, they know the best places and are great value for the money!!! I have made friends for life with Melissa, Timothy, Fred and all of the team at Extra Miles and can not say enough great things about this company! They get it and always exceed expectations so don't be afraid to ask them about anything at all. They are always willing to accommodate and work with you on everything for your Safarai! So much so, that I have personally volunteered to be their ambassador in the USA and would highly recommend them to anyone! They are surely one of the best if not THE BEST!
