A truly amazing trip - Extra Miles is going the extra miles!
We booked a combination of safari and beach holiday through Extra Miles Unique Adventures, and I can honestly say: better is hard to imagine!
What we booked for us as a family of three (2 adults and our 13 year old daughter): private safari package for 2 nights in Amboseli, 3 nights in the Masai Mara and 1 week in Diani Beach, including all transfers (flights Amboseli-Masai Mara-Diani Beach and car transfer from Nairobi to Amboseli), accomodation, and a hot-air balloon ride in the Mara.
What we got: 2 weeks full of unforgettable experiences, amazing encounters and memories we’ll never forget.
From the very beginning, everything was just perfect – from the great advice and easy booking process (a big thank you to Winnie for taking such good care of us) to the fantastic support throughout the safari.
A special thank you to our guides Richard for the wonderful time in Amboseli and to Fred in the Masai Mara - he managed to spot even the most hidden animals – and he took us to an amazing Mara river crossing with hundreds of wildebeest. Absolutely unforgettable!
We also felt completely safe throughout the safari. The driving was excellent, and the safari vehicles were comfortable and well equipped, which made the transfer and game drives much more enjoyable. The choice of lodges was also spot on – great locations, beautiful places and a perfect fit for the overall trip.
The communication and organization throughout the whole journey were excellent. Everything worked smoothly, and we always felt well taken care of.
Keep doing what you’re doing! It’s clear that going the extra mile is part of your DNA! Highly recommendable!

An Unforgettable Safari Experience - Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!
We just completed our 7-day Kenya safari with Extra Miles Unique Adventures, and the entire journey was absolutely phenomenal! The level of service we received was top-notch.
A huge thank you to Antony for his incredible patience and attention to detail during the early planning stages. He helped us tailor the perfect itinerary covering Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, and Amboseli, and made the booking and payment process so smooth and transparent.
Later on, Simon took over our file and he was a true lifesaver. He quickly provided all the exact documents we needed for our eTA applications. What really touched us was how he handled our unexpected situation: our flight was severely delayed, and we didn't arrive in Nairobi until past 2:00 AM. Simon was incredibly responsive, immediately coordinating with our airport transfer driver and the Argyle Grand Hotel to ensure everything was ready for our midnight arrival.
The safari itself was breathtaking, but it was the exceptional care and professionalism from Antony, Simon, and the whole team that made this trip totally worry-free. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dream trip to Kenya!

From the very beginning in december or January I think, Simon was always there for me. I had a lot of questions and no matter the time he always answered them. Communication, which is very important to me was very easy and clear with Extra Miles.
The vehicle was amazing, the tour was amazing, the park was amazing, the accommodation was amazing, we had a time of our lives!
Then comes the tour guide- Ken. Superb person, we spent together 3 full days and he was very patient with us and made it clear of whats upcoming. He knew exacly what he was doing, and we felt safe with him behind the wheel.
I have nothing negative to say about the trip, I only wish I could experience it again for the first time.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Exceptional Service
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Extra Miles Unique Adventures on our family safari in Kenya. From the very beginning, everything was well planned, smooth and professionally handled.
Our safari through Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and the Masai Mara was truly unforgettable. The itinerary was thoughtfully organised, the accommodations were excellent, and we always felt comfortable and well taken care of.
A special mention to our wonderful young female guide and driver, who impressed us immensely with her confidence, knowledge, driving skills and warm personality. She was patient, enthusiastic and always made an extra effort to make our game drives special. Her passion for Kenya and its wildlife made the entire experience even more memorable for our family.
Communication was easy and reliable throughout the trip, and everything was handled exactly as promised. We felt safe, relaxed and able to simply enjoy the incredible beauty of Kenya without worrying about the arrangements.

First‑time African safari with special moments. Great wildlife sightings.
Our overall trip was good, and the itinerary was planned in line with our expectations. We got to see plenty of wildlife, some animals came really close to our vehicle, which was absolutely amazing.
That said, there were a few disappointments. Sadly we didn’t get to see the wildebeest river crossing, which we had hoped to witness. There was miscommunication between the travel agency and our guide for the half‑day Ngorongoro Crater program. We only drove past the crater without doing the planned game drive. Consequently, three out of our four‑day itinerary turned into long days spent driving on the road.
For accommodation, the lodges were pleasant. On the contrary, the camps were sub‑standard. We frequently had no hot water, and the issue was not fixed promptly when we reported it.
We want to give a special shout‑out to Donnah. She is incredibly professional and patient. From initial communication and itinerary setup, to handling all kinds of issues throughout our trip, she responded fast and got things sorted in a timely manner. Her support made a big difference to our travel experience.
There are definitely aspects for the operator to improve, but we highly value Donnah’s excellent service.

Great driver and guide, brilliant organisation, fantastic lodges. All round 5 star and above.
Incredibly well organised, Guide and Driver was fantastically knowledgeable and safe. Lodges were out of this world and the whole experience exceeded my wildest dreams.

Fantastic safari experience
Extra Miles Unique Adventures has given us the trip of a lifetime. Simon has been fantastic communicating with us. From our very first communication, Simon has replied speedily, providing lots of detail on the planned safari. Peter met us on time at the airport. Ximeng, our guide, was fantastic! He drove really safely and we saw so many animals (rhinos, lions, cheetahs, hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffalo, wilder beasts to name a few). At no point did we feel unsafe. Ximeng was extremely knowledgable about Kenya’s flora and fauna and was very patient answering our many questions! He was also very attentive, calm and a genuinely lovely person - we all loved him! The hotels we stayed at in Amboselli, Navaisha, Nakuru and masai Mara were all out of this world. Don’t hesitate to book!

Excellent Service Throughout
We travelled to Kenya with our two kids (aged 9 and 11), so a family of four. Our safari was 4 nights as part of a longer trip in Kenya. Extra Miles Unique Adventures (co-ordinated by Joseph) were excellent in creating a private itinerary for us which matched our budget, timeline and wishes. Starting from Nairobi, we visited Samburu National Park, Ol Pejeta, and Naivasha Lake. We had also independently arranged to visit a school during one of these days, and Joseph and our driver made sure this also ran smoothly. We were impressed that the different accommodation options were presented to get something within budget. Joseph was very quick to respond to all enquiries. We felt supported throughout. Everything ran very smoothly and we had a great experience. Our driver made sure we saw the highlights whilst also adapting to our own preferences. Would very much recommend!

Great and considerate tour guide among the tour
Driver Felix and tour guide Simon offers a good and considerate tour within a reasonable pricing. Without any interfere within the tour option, we would take the whole journey within our own idea, which is great.
