We had an incredible experience with EMUA and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya. From the very beginning of the booking process to our final game drive and airport pickup/drop-off, everything was handled with such care and professionalism, and we felt very well looked after throughout the entire trip.
Simon was our main contact during the booking process, and he was fantastic from start to finish. Planning a safari involves so many details and, naturally, we had a lot of questions along the way. Simon was always incredibly patient, helpful, and quick to respond. No matter how many questions we had, he took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we were comfortable with the arrangements. His communication really gave us confidence that we were in good hands, and the entire planning process felt smooth and stress-free.
We had two different guides during our safari, and both were exceptional in their own way. Ximeng was our guide in Amboseli, and Fred was our guide for the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Lake Naivasha after we flew from Amboseli to the Masai Mara. Both were incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife, the parks, and the best places to look for animals. More importantly, they were friendly, personable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy sharing the experience with us.
One thing that really stood out was how dedicated both Ximeng and Fred were to making our safari special. They were constantly looking and listening for wildlife and went above and beyond to help us see as much as possible. They clearly knew the parks extremely well and were very attentive to what we wanted to see. Whether it was tracking animals, positioning the vehicle for a better view, or simply taking the time to explain what we were seeing, they made every game drive exciting and memorable. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that our experience was their priority.
Our Land Cruiser was also clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made a big difference given the amount of time we spent on the road. Not to mention, there were always plenty of bottle water in the mini-fridge. Both Ximeng and Fred drove carefully and responsibly, while still doing everything possible to get us fantastic views of the wildlife. We always felt safe, and we appreciated the balance they maintained between getting us close to the action and respecting the animals and safety.
What made the experience especially memorable was not just the incredible wildlife and beautiful landscapes, but the people who made the trip possible. From Simon's support before we even arrived in Kenya to the care and enthusiasm shown by Ximeng and Fred throughout the safari, we felt genuinely well taken care of.
We came away from the trip with so many unforgettable memories, and we are incredibly grateful to Simon, Ximeng, and Fred for helping make our safari such a special experience. EMUA delivered everything we could have hoped for and more. We would absolutely choose EMUA again for a future safari in Kenya and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a truly memorable safari experience!

Un forgettable experience
It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a truly memorable safari. The safari was very budget-friendly and offered excellent value for money.
When we planned our safari, we did not have any contacts in Kenya. We asked our friends for recommendations and received contacts of several safari operators. One of my friends recommended Extra Miles to us. After comparing the prices and packages offered by different operators, Extra Miles provided the best price without compromising on the quality or enjoyment of the experience.
The Extra Miles team was very responsive and professional throughout our trip. Mr. Simon was our main point of contact, and he was such a kind and helpful person. He gave us a warm welcome in Kenya and arranged our entire journey smoothly, without any delays or difficulties.
Mr. Eric was our tour guide, and he was very experienced, friendly, and responsible. He took care of every aspect of our safari and managed the schedule and time very efficiently. He always tried his best to make sure we enjoyed the safari to the fullest and explained everything very well throughout the trip.
It was also my birthday while I was in Kenya, and Simon and Eric arranged a surprise birthday celebration for me in Maasai Mara. It was truly an unforgettable and once-in-a-lifetime experience that made the trip even more special.

Great experience they arranged a wonderful last minute Safari in the Masai Mara
This great tour company arranged a quick wonderful tour of the Masai Mara National park with a stay at the Fantastic Mara Engai lodge in the Mara Park. Our fantastic driver guided was so knowledgeable about the Mara and the incredible animals within we saw Elephants, Lions, Leopard, cheetahs Hyenas Giraffes zebras Hippo crocodile Cape Buffalo wildebeest and so many types of antelopes and birds truly incredible experience

Donnah was responsive, friendly, and genuinely attentive—she tailored the itinerary well and handled a last-minute change professionally. That said, some scheduling issues on their end required flexibility from us. Overall, we felt well taken care of and would recommend Extra Miles for a reliable safari experience.

Excellent Nairobi NP visit
I chose this company to do a half day safari in Nairobi National Park.
Simon was my point of contact-he was excellent in terms of communication throughout and also helping us customise our visit ( added on sheldricks and giraffe centre and opted for no lunch)
On the day, another Simon was our guide. He arrived on time and was personable throughout. Drove carefully and helped us spot many animals.

Our advisor Joseph was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the safari booking process.
He made me feel very safe and well taken care of from start to finish.
The lodges and hotels he chose for us were absolutely luxurious and beautiful, with stunning views and wonderful cuisine. And the people in Kenya are simply amazing — incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming, and always smiling.
Our guide Eric is a highly experienced tracker with an exceptional knowledge of wildlife. He understands animal behaviour remarkably well and knew exactly how to maximize our safari experience while always showing great respect for the animals and their natural habitat.
He is also a very skilled driver and a genuinely friendly and open person.
He was happy to answer every question we had, and his knowledge of wildlife seems to have no limits!
Overall, an unforgettable experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better team to make our safari so special.

They are professional, well organized and know well what Kenya has to offer to the tourists.
The Safari was very well organized. We stayed in great camps and were very happy with the accommodation and food. The game drives were interesting and we managed to see all animals and nature we dreamed off. The driver was very pleasant and experienced, and most importantly he drove us safely to every destination. The Agency organized the trip in a way that we have seen a variety of parks, scenery and nature and it gave us a good understanding of what Kenya has to offer.

A truly amazing trip - Extra Miles is going the extra miles!
We booked a combination of safari and beach holiday through Extra Miles Unique Adventures, and I can honestly say: better is hard to imagine!
What we booked for us as a family of three (2 adults and our 13 year old daughter): private safari package for 2 nights in Amboseli, 3 nights in the Masai Mara and 1 week in Diani Beach, including all transfers (flights Amboseli-Masai Mara-Diani Beach and car transfer from Nairobi to Amboseli), accomodation, and a hot-air balloon ride in the Mara.
What we got: 2 weeks full of unforgettable experiences, amazing encounters and memories we’ll never forget.
From the very beginning, everything was just perfect – from the great advice and easy booking process (a big thank you to Winnie for taking such good care of us) to the fantastic support throughout the safari.
A special thank you to our guides Richard for the wonderful time in Amboseli and to Fred in the Masai Mara - he managed to spot even the most hidden animals – and he took us to an amazing Mara river crossing with hundreds of wildebeest. Absolutely unforgettable!
We also felt completely safe throughout the safari. The driving was excellent, and the safari vehicles were comfortable and well equipped, which made the transfer and game drives much more enjoyable. The choice of lodges was also spot on – great locations, beautiful places and a perfect fit for the overall trip.
The communication and organization throughout the whole journey were excellent. Everything worked smoothly, and we always felt well taken care of.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience - Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!
We just completed our 7-day Kenya safari with Extra Miles Unique Adventures, and the entire journey was absolutely phenomenal! The level of service we received was top-notch.
A huge thank you to Antony for his incredible patience and attention to detail during the early planning stages. He helped us tailor the perfect itinerary covering Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, and Amboseli, and made the booking and payment process so smooth and transparent.
Later on, Simon took over our file and he was a true lifesaver. He quickly provided all the exact documents we needed for our eTA applications. What really touched us was how he handled our unexpected situation: our flight was severely delayed, and we didn't arrive in Nairobi until past 2:00 AM. Simon was incredibly responsive, immediately coordinating with our airport transfer driver and the Argyle Grand Hotel to ensure everything was ready for our midnight arrival.
The safari itself was breathtaking, but it was the exceptional care and professionalism from Antony, Simon, and the whole team that made this trip totally worry-free. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dream trip to Kenya!

One sentence is not enough but lets start with perfect, knowledgeable and there for you.
From the very beginning in december or January I think, Simon was always there for me. I had a lot of questions and no matter the time he always answered them. Communication, which is very important to me was very easy and clear with Extra Miles.
The vehicle was amazing, the tour was amazing, the park was amazing, the accommodation was amazing, we had a time of our lives!
Then comes the tour guide- Ken. Superb person, we spent together 3 full days and he was very patient with us and made it clear of whats upcoming. He knew exacly what he was doing, and we felt safe with him behind the wheel.
I have nothing negative to say about the trip, I only wish I could experience it again for the first time.
