Mr. James was wonderful. He was on time, and he was an expert in explaining about animas and birds.
Professional and excellent services. The tour was worthy the price. The tour company prepared an inclusive itinerary. Extra Miles picked us on time from Nairobi to Amboseli, spent a night at Kibo Camp which was great. Next morning we sent off to Tsavo West, Kilaguni Serena Hotel was magnificent. Third day with our tour operator, he drove us to Diani beach(Baobab Resort) where we spent the rest of the week. Melissa the owner of the company and her management group welcomed us with travel gifts and explained the itinerary before setting off for the trip. Melissa kept in touch to ensure our trip was good. Thanks to Melissa, Frazin and James for being humble and kind. I can highly recommend Extra Miles Unique Adventures for their services.

The overall experience was great! We managed to see all the animals during Safari and the lodges were great. Fed (the tour guide) was excellent, very friendly and knew how to guide us in the safari. Highly recommended - an amazing experience and price wise!

Excellent organisation and fantastic driver
Judy was excellent in proving various options for our trip and was very flexible. Our driver, Alex, was excellent throughout our trip and gave us a great experience at Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East.

We went extra miles, enjoyed unique adventures, and felt indeed part of a family!
Preparation: Excellent! We were in regular contact with Flouzine and Judy, who were extremely helpful and professional, to finalize the safari plan, timings, hotel arrangements, etc. - all what was promised was delivered 100%.
Safari: Fred, the driver, is THE BEST guide we could have for game drives! Incredibly knowledgable about all what we saw, did his best to show us all big 5 animals, plus he drove us safely and with so much fun to all places. He really adds to the experience!
Accommodation: All hotels/lodges we stayed at were top! The amenities and facilities, the friendly and always-smiling staff there, the cuisine - everything contributed to offering us the best services and comfort. And all at great cost!
Other: Melissa, Ruth, and all the rest of the team spent also time with us and showed us what Kenyan hospitality means - we really felt we are members of a good-hearted African family.

A tailor made safari that far exceeded our expectations. Just brilliant.
Extra Miles Unique Adventures custom built our holiday itinerary with a trip to Mombasa, the Rift Valley lakes and the Maasai Mara. Their style is very personal and they were genuinely interested in ensuring that services were to our expectations. The team was professional and got to know us by our names. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful and accommodating to the extra stops we requested. We had a great time getting to meet and interact the locals. We stopped at strategic points that offered excellent souvenirs. All in all very impressed with service. Good value for money, already planning next adventure!

We saw the most beautiful flora and fauna . All animals such as mammals , birds , hippos, giraffes !
I really recommend visiting Kenya , but most importantly choosing Extra Miles , in order to live the true Kenyan culture .

the driver was good and safe knew his stuff in the field always on time it was a clean toyota landcruiser just the job plenty of water provided on the journey
the distances between each venue (national park) were huge but the main roads are good once away from nairobi
the hotels and lodges chosen by the team were all good with proper mosquito nets and sprays and good food and drink .
i would definitely go with this friendly team again

Best possible experience
We went for a 11 day safari tour with Extra Miles.
They were extremely professional and accommodating from the start. We had the best experience when planning the trip, they responded immediately to each of our request and understood precisely what kind of tour we are looking for.
We were interested in wildlife and got to see an amazing variety of animals: antelopes, big cats, birds, and lots of baby elephants and hippos, even a baby rhino!
We had the best guide and a great car, and we wouldn't hesitate booking with Extra Miles when we come back - we can't wait!!!
