BIG FIVE EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED ABOVE AND BEYOND
My husband and I just had an adventure of a lifetime while on safari with Godlistern from Great Image Expeditions. This experience was exceptional and we are extremely grateful! Godlistern was a marvellous guide who brilliantly conducted our tour through the Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation and Tarangire National Park. He is unbelievably knowledgeable and has a laser sharp eye. In addition to having multiple opportunities to see lions, buffaloes, leopards, elephants and rhinoceroses, we also got to see zebras, hippos, giraffes, wildebeests, cheetahs, gazelles, secretary birds, flamingos, ostriches and a plethora of other birds and animals. We had the privilege of learning about their diet, mating, instinct and other critical behaviors as we intimately observed them. We witnessed maternal cub interactions such as a cheetah mother teaching her two cubs to hunt. We saw a lioness feeding on her wildebeest prey. We were also fortunate to see many different species of animals all converge at Crater Lake and Tarangire River to hydrate and cool down. We got to watch so many spectacular things and none of that would have been possible without Godlistern's expert skill and Mbeche's superb driving. It was an outstanding safari, absolutely 5 stars!!!

A lifetime experience
We went my husband and I with Great Image for a Safari tour starting from Arusha. It was an amazing experience thanks to our excellent guide Mathew and our very good driver Mbeche. Both of them were very kind and extremely professionnal. We had the chance to see many animals and the team was excited to make us discover the big 5. The food was very good and tasty. We couldn’t ask for a better safari trip.

Bruno and Godlistern were knowledgeable, attentive, caring, fun and kept us safe
We had the most amazing experience on our Safari. We saw every animal we wanted to, and our guides catered the tour to us and our interests. We had all day safari in Mikumi national park in September 3th 2021. It was one of the best experience in our life. True adventure with professionals from Great Image Expeditions. Many breathtaking moments when you find head to head with iconic animals of african savana, we had opportunity to see many lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, anthilopes, hypos, crocs, birds etc. We had got the best guide ever, Samuel. He overwhelmed us with many interesting facts : how to differentiate male giraffe from female, what is the reason of wildebeest migration, what is the benefit of gathering zebras, wildebeests and anthilopas, how the wld animals react to people in savana, why the baobabs lose their leaves in dry season ,how savana changes from wet to dry season and many many others. It is always a great plasure wnen you are guided by someone who realy and truly likes his job!

Amazing Expedition with Raymond and Godson
I found GIE on Instagram and chatted up Mathew Godlistern. I was skeptical at first, but the ongoing service from Mathew and then Raymond were second to none. My questions were answered almost instantly despite the time difference. We put together an amazing 6 days in the central Serengeti. Raymond assigned us our guide Godson, who in my opinion after 4 other safaris, was the best guide I’ve experienced. A true gentleman and an excellent spotter. He knows how to find the right light for your photos. Ray made excellent recommendations for accommodations to fit our budget. He arranged an amazing balloon safari. When we decided to fly back to Arusha at the end instead of drive, Raymond made it happen with ease. With these guys you will find service above and beyond what you will find with the big guys.
