Booking with Silver Africa was seamless. Our trip was to Masai Mara, Kenya. They provided us with various communication options. They were available and prompt whenever I had questions. They did not push for anything I did not want to sign up for but yet were informative.
On the day of the trip, our driver/tour guide, Man P, arrived before time and waited for us. He was very professional and we quickly established rapport with him.
He is very knowledgeable, patient, level-headed and took us a comfortable pace. We felt like we’d know him for years! It’s amazing how knowledgeable he was about all roads/routes within Nairobi, through our drive to Masai Mara, and within the Mara itself! He was also very well versed with the wildlife. He went out his way to ensure our trip was maximized! We could not have asked for a better guide!
This company seems well known in the industry. They work well with other companies to ensure the customer is satisfied. They organized everything for us. We just showed up and soaked up the experience 😀.
We drove from Nairobi and arrived in Mara for lunch at the Sarova, where we stayed. Then we went for an evening game drive. We retuned in time for a Masai dance, dinner, and a surprise anniversary celebration for us - we had no idea-. The following morning we were up before the crack of dawn for a hot hair balloon, which was followed by a bush breakfast (English breakfast) freshly prepared that morning in the middle of nowhere - but safe. That was a lot of fun. We then continued on for a game drive, stopped for a suck lunch, then Masai village before heading back to Sarova. We drove out the following morning.
I highly recommend this company and Man P as the tour guide! They were very reliable!

The best
Starting from sharing the quote till the end of service all were excellent. Ms Liz was too helpful and was always available.Her prompt reply was helpful to close booking on last moment. All the drivers were too polite and courteous. They were always eager to help. My customer has come back with a wonderful memory .

Transparent and excellent customer service
Elizabeth, my representative was resourceful and timely with communication right from the start. She was friendly and helped to answer all questions I had concerning my trip to Mauritius. What I loved most about Silver Africa Tours was how simple it was to organise for a trip. All I had to do was provide the proposed dates for my trip and they took care of the rest with no hiccups at all. The hotel selection and itinerary was excellent and I had no complaints throughout my holiday.
The representatives at Mauritius were equally excellent. I was impressed with how seamless everything went from my pickup from the airport and timeliness of the drivers for the excursion tours throughout the trip. Overall, I never had anything to worry about at any time thanks to the good planning and execution by the team. Great job!

Flexible, Friendly & Insightful
Elizabeth was amazing at planning an itenary that covered everything we wanted to see in the short time we were there, as well as booked us the best hotspots that gave amazing views & an experience of a lifetime!
Peter was also an amazing driver/guide who gave us additional information wherever we went and helped us see sooo many different species including lions and hyenas during our trip!

seamless
The safari experience was amazing and believe the short time we were there was really maximized both location and satisfaction-wise.
Of course, this was made possible by the experienced, able and efficient personnel of Silver Africa especially our everyday companions - Peter in Kenya and Eli in Tanzania. Kudos to them for taking so much care of us! Thanks also to Alois and Edwin for their invaluable assistance, and to Patricia of Travelite Phils who arranged everything for us and was "with us" throughout the trip via fb messenger.
It was indeed a once in a lifetime experience and will be etched in our memories for a long time if not forever. The game rides were exciting, the hotel choices were tops, and overall the management and staff were amazing. It was our first experience of Africa and we loved it!

The experience with Silver Africa Tours was one of a kind. The team was solid,welcoming,friendly and made us feel so appreciated. They made us feel so much at home and at by the end of the tour we felt like they were family.Very punctual reliable and they went out of their way and did what they had to do to make sure that tasks were accomplished. They were flexible and tried to adapt to situations and were well prepared Starting from the CEO Fred who was a phone call away to address any issues and went over amd beyond and tookntimemoff his busy schedule to personally help in so many ways.Allois,our booking coordinator,our'pilot'George,Alfonso,Salim and other team members were committed and knowledgeable. The tour itself was so well organized providimg a variety of experiences of from game drives flamingo watching cel rides and the hot air Balloon that left us cracking up after our balloon pilot took us a photo hanging on to the ropes on landing.The Tamarind dhow dinner as we danced the night away was a favorite. I was pleasantly surprised at the Golf round they managed to throw in at the Nyali Golf club Accommodation choices were top notch where all sraff were very friendly except the manager at Loldia houseThe services were worth every penny spent and some.I highly recommend this Tour company for anyone looking for exceptional services and experience
