The tour operator is cautious with time
This is the second time am using award safaris for my trips and the staff are very professional.... looking forward to booking my next safari with you
Good
Generally we enjoyed our holiday. It was well organized and the agent always kept us informed of different variety of villas before we settled on the beatiful duranta villas with wonderful hosts who kept checking on us.
The rooms were well kept but hot water system was a dissatisfaction. We enjoyed the hot shower on the first day only.
The chef was fairly good although the kitchen needs to be equipped properly. There were only 2 sufurias and 7 mugs. I think the chef should be the only person to be allowed in the kitchen for accountability.
Safety bars also need to be fixed on the swimming pool
