The best Safari tour organiser in Nairobi
I had a great experience with Masai Mara Safari arranged by Premier Safaris, Nairobi. Right from approaching their office, until the end of the trip every moment I felt comfortable, safe and they arranged the trip with the most economic prices possible with best facilities available. The best operator.
In the end of June, me and my my husband went on safari with Premier Safaris. It was a long wanted jurney.
The whole comunication with Cynthia and Mourice was so easy. They made all the organization and made sure that we will have the best experience. Both where so warmwhelming - always making sure that we are okay. We wanted to visit four parks for nine days and they managed to do it.
And now for the most amazing guide that eixsts in this world - Davido. I don't have words to say how thankful we are for him. He was always there for us and everything that we want. Davido gave us information not only for the parks, animals and nature, but also for Kenya - the people, production, history and all you can imagine. He taught us about every animal - from the big, to the small ones. Davido made sure that we will be on the first line of the event, every time. Read more show us Kilimanjaro, and elephants crossing the road bellow the mountain. I don't know how this man managed to see animals so far from us. He made sure that we will see whatever there is to see. His driving skills are beyond amazing.
In Masai Mara, we went on a picnic, which was really exciting experience. One of my dreams - to wake up from a lion roar, do came true. Sleeping in a tented camp was also something unbelivable - we really were on a safari in the wild.
Let's not forget and Julius(sorry, if I misspronounse it). Last day was for city tour in Nairobi. He knows so much for this city, and not only. He show us the most important buildings in the centre. We visited Kenyatta International Convention Centre where we had 360 view of the city.
We also visited Giraffe Centre and Karen Blixen's Museum.

Once in a Lifetime Trip to Kenya
My husband and I went on an 11 day trip with Premier Safaris and had an incredible experience. Our tour guide was Cynthia and our driver was Timothy. Both ensured we had a once in a lifetime experience in Kenya!
When we arrived in Kenya, we had the sad realization that we left our camera battery at home. Cynthia immediately started searching diligently for a store with our battery in stock and a courier who could deliver it to a destination along our route. I was amazed at how fast we were able to get the battery, without which I wouldn't have been able to take incredible photos of all the wildlife.
From Ol Pejeta, to Lake Elementaita/Nakuru, Masai Mara, Lake Navaisha, and finally Diani Beach, Cynthia tailored our itinerary to ensure we saw all the most amazing sights that Kenya has to offer with beautiful accommodations and good food. Incredible Kenya Safari Adventure - 5 stars!
Our safari in Kenya was a truly remarkable experience. We visited the stunning Masai Mara, serene Lake Naivasha, the impressive Ol Pejeta Conservancy, and the beautiful Diani Beach. I take this opportunity to thank so much to Premier Safari for arranging us a wonderful Safari tour in Kenya in June 2024.
This tour in largely fulfilled our expectations.
We extend our special thanks to Maurice Abuli who arranged and tailormade the entire tour as per our timelines, budget and aspirations. He provided advise that really added to the experience. We also loved the welcome at the airstrip - he knows how to set the tone of a Safari. And … e never left us hungry :-)

Meticulous , trustworthy, respectful and dependable!!
My family of 10 booked Premier with Rodger after examining several companies! We booked and paid before leaving the USA! Rodger’s excellent timely communications and full disclosures earned our trust to proceed with confidence without the fear of fraudulent deals!! This was very important to us!! We paid in two parts through PayPal ( pesapal in Kenya ) and bank transfer, all flawlessly and each they timely confirmed receipt!!
Upon our arrival in Nairobi, two vehicles were ready for us with great drivers Ken & Sam!! Rodger and His colleague accompanied the drivers to give us a surprising warm welcome!! We did not anticipate the pleasant gifts they had for us!! We each got a Masai blankets, safari hats and my kids favorite the beautiful hot tea flasks!!! Our vehicles were stocked with healthy snacks and plenty of water as we headed to Amboseli!! Absolutely amazing reception!!

Everyone who helped us make plans was extremely kind and understanding to all our wishes
Everywhere we went the people were very hospitable and understanding and as we are Indians and wanted a little bit of our own comfort food all the hotels we went to catered to our requirements and executed it perfectly. Our safari drivers took us wherever we wanted and made sure we saw all the animals we wanted to. Overall I would definitely book premium safari’s because they satiate all your wants and needs.

Amazing and unforgettable 12-day private safari
When my husband and I began our search for a company to organize our dream safari in Kenya, we reached out to more than 20 companies on Safari Bookings with specific questions. We had a clear vision of what we wanted to experience and needed a reliable partner to make it happen.
Premier Safaris stood out immediately. They were the only company to provide precise and thoughtful answers to all our questions, rather than a clichéd template answer, which made us feel confident in choosing them. From the very beginning, communication was very smooth and efficient. Every request we had for the itinerary, schedule and accommodations was fulfilled. Unlike others, they didn't try to push additional activities or different accommodations on us, which we greatly appreciated.
We began our communication with Cynthia Ngeso, exchanged numerous emails, refining every detail of our 12-day private safari in Kenya. The responsiveness of Premier Safaris was exceptional, even on weekends and... Read more late into the night. We later learned that due to the nature of their work, there is a 24/7 on-call employee available for customers.
We had arranged to meet our guide and a company representative on the day of our arrival at 6:30 AM at our hotel. We finished our breakfast at 6:31 and they were already waiting for us in the lobby. This level of punctuality and professionalism continued throughout our entire trip. Our guide was never late; he was always at the designated place before us, waiting.
At our first meeting, we were surprised with a gift bag from Premier Safaris, containing Maasai blankets (shuka), safari hats and thermoses with the company’s logo for me and my husband. These thoughtful gifts added a personal touch and will be a beautiful memory of our Kenyan adventure.
Our guide David, whom everyone called Davido, was nothing short of amazing. He was polite, attentive and had a wonderful sense of humor - always smiling, making our journey enjoyable and fun. While traveling between the national parks, he shared information about the local culture and landscape. In the parks, his knowledge of the terrain, vegetation, animals and birds was impressive. He had an incredible ability to spot wildlife from afar and identify birds by their silhouette. His driving skills were superb, effortlessly navigating through river fords and muddy terrains, helping out stranded colleagues on several occasions.
Davido was extremely determined to show us all the animal species we hoped to see. And he succeeded! Thanks to his quick thinking, we witnessed the Big Five and had multiple close encounters with cheetahs. On our last day in Masai Mara, he went above and beyond, crossing back and forth a very steep and slippery rocky ford on the Talek river several times so we could finally see a leopard. The search for cheetah and leopard in Masai Mara was filled with adrenaline and made our stay truly memorable. Davido had an incredible skill for positioning us at the best spots possible, even when more than 30 jeeps had already gathered at the location, so that the action unfolded right in front of us and we could take beautiful pictures, unobstructed from the other bystanders, which is very valuable during a safari. His passion and expertise as a guide were unparalleled.
After our safari, we met with Cynthia at our hotel to share our feedback. She wanted to get feedback on how the safari went and our impressions of each accommodation we chose. Cynthia is cheerful and very pleasant. She was extremely friendly with us. At our first meeting and when we said goodbye, she hugged us and was sincere in her emotions..
They then took us to the company office in Nairobi's business center, near the Parliament. At the modern and inviting office we met several of the Premier Safaris team members, who were working late. We spent some time with the team, making sure to thank each and every one of them for the amazing job they had put into the organization of our memorable and flawless vacation. We then met with the company managers - the Executive Director Windress Apiyo and the Director Operations Charlton Andati, who welcomed us as dear friends and personally made sure that we were completely satisfied and all our expectations from this trip were met. When we decided to head back to the hotel, they tried to organize an Uber ride for us and when they couldn’t find an available driver, Mr Charlton Andati himself drove us back to our hotel in his personal car.
Davido, if you read this, we want to express our immense gratitude for everything you did for us during these 12 days. Your dedication to making sure we saw the big cats and your incredible guiding skills made our trip extraordinary.
To the entire Premier Safaris team, thank you for organizing our vacation flawlessly. There wasn't a single hitch during our 12-day stay, and that speaks volumes about your dedication and professionalism. We are demanding travelers and have high standards, our demands are not easy to meet but you exceeded our expectations in every way.

I can’t thank enough Premier Safari for such an amazing trip organists for me and family. It was customized accordingly to my family suitability and we had great time to see real Africa…From start to end they have arranged everything very minutely so we had entire trip without any hassle with my 2 year daughter and 11 year son…Most amazing was both camp site location and ambiance.
