Bujuku Eco Tours & Travel was a great choice.
I spent 15 days with Bujuku Eco Tours & Travel. All in all more than satisfied. Reliable and fast communication in advance. Flexibility in the tour organisation, due to health reasons. Spent the first six days in Queen Elisabeth NP and Bwindi NP with Exavier. Great choice of accommodation in the mid-range area. Very entertaining drives, lots of information about Uganda, culture and traditions. Thank you Exavier. I enjoyed my time with you!
The subsequent 8-day trekking tour in the Rmenzori Mountains with Alfred & Harrisson as guides was the absolute highlight for me. I’ve been together with an american Woman. Top organisation, reliable leadership with ascent of the Cheptegei. What a magnificent landscape. I always felt safe in the company of the two of them in the sometimes very demanding terrain. Top catering on the way, amazing what Cedrak kept conjuring up for us. Thanks to the porters, who were always in a good mood and did an outstanding job.
I can only warmly recommend this trekking tour to anyone who wants to experience something extraordinary in terms of scenery. It is a worthwhile alternative to the overcrowded Kilimanjaro trek. There is no comparison in terms of vegetation and mountain scenery. You can get very nice impressions at mondberge.de, among others.

Very professional tour operator who love and care about their country.
Great tour operator who is very professional and lead us onto great days of gorilla trekking. Our guide was very caring and was great driving and trekking. We packed a lot into four days, but everything went smoothly and would highly recommend them as a quality tour company who cares a lot about their country.

Great local tour operator that organizes everything according to your preferences
We are very happy to have chosen Bujuku Eco Tours for our 14-day adventure through Uganda. They planned everything very well. Our guide, Johnson, was extremely helpful in providing interesting insights along the route and accommodated all of our requests. We very much enjoyed the 8-day hike via the Bukurungu Trail to the summit of Mount Margherita, during which the team went beyond our expectations to make the hike as enjoyable as possible, with great food and excellent amenities. Be prepared to pack warm clothes, as it got colder than expected.
Overall, we would be happy to recommend Bujuku to friends who are seeking a local tour operator that organizes everything according to their preferences.
