Unforgettable Safari with Magilani
If we were to do another safari, we would definitely choose Magilani again.
Our honeymoon started already during the planning phase: Marzia, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, immediately understood what we were looking for and helped us choose the perfect option for us — the 5-day “Nuove nascite” safari in February 2026. When we arrived, they even surprised us with a wonderful honeymoon gift: our jeep was personalized for us.
During the safari we were accompanied by our guide Bryson, whom we nicknamed “Hawkeye”: friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He speaks perfect Italian and taught us so much about wildlife, animal behavior and even the local tribes, making the experience even more immersive.
We were worried that five days of safari might be too long, but the time flew by. Every day brought different landscapes and an incredible number of animals: we saw many lions at very close distance and even a baby elephant just a few months old taking a bath. One image I will always remember is crossing a valley in the middle of a huge migrating herd of zebras — it felt like being inside The Lion King.
We absolutely recommend a multi-day safari, because spending at least two nights in a tented camp in the Serengeti is an unforgettable experience. The camps and the food are excellent — it’s more glamping than camping.
After the safari we ended the trip with a few relaxing days in Zanzibar, also perfectly organized by the Magilani team. Special thanks to Elisa and Marcellino.
A truly extraordinary trip, carefully organized in every detail and one we will remember for the rest of our lives. Highly recommended. ✨

Very professional
We hadn't traveled for several years, and Tanzania was a destination we had long dreamed of visiting.
After consulting various tour operators, we came across Magilani, and they immediately understood our needs; Marzia was attentive and professional from the very start.
The three of us set off on a 6-night safari, visiting three parks: Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and the legendary Serengeti.
The trip exceeded our expectations—not just because of the natural scenery, but also thanks to our driver-guide and tracker, "Balo," who was very competent and someone I highly recommend to everyone.
I also relied on them for our accommodations; they had been described as mid-range—with some being upper-mid-range—and that is exactly what we found. The rooms for three adults were impressively spacious.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
Hakuna Matata for real!
The Magilani Team is absolutely right when they describe their tours with “Hakuna Matata”: with them, you truly don’t have to worry about anything.
The organization is flawless from the very beginning, thanks to Marzia, Magilani’s representative in Italy, who is always available and incredibly quick in responding to any question or request. The agency takes care of everything: internal flights to and from Zanzibar, transfers on the island, and every single need that may arise during the safari.
Upon arriving in Arusha, we were welcomed by Praise, our guide. In just a few days he became a friend, and saying goodbye at the end of the safari was genuinely difficult. He was attentive to every detail, highly professional, and deeply respectful of nature. During wildlife sightings, he let us enjoy the moment and take photos, then explained the animals, their habits, and curiosities. He even taught us how to recognize the footprints of different big cats — every explanation was truly precious.
Out of all the trips we’ve taken, Praise has been the best guide we’ve ever had.
This safari left us with a strong desire to return to Tanzania and explore more of its extraordinary parks. One thing is certain: we will book again with Magilani.
I could write ten more pages of positive comments, but no words, no pics nor videos could ever fully express how immersive and unforgettable this experience has been.
The only “problem”? We came back with a serious case of Africa Blues.

Best african memories makers
I have fallen in love for Tanzania. Starting with the incredible wildlife, which I dreamed of seeing free in its natural habitat since I was a child, then moving on to the breathtaking landscapes and finally the hospitality and charm of the people.
If i was able to experience all this, I have to thank Magilani, with extreme qualitiy of service, professionalism and, above all, ethics fiercely opposed to any form of “human safari”, which turns people into tourist attractions.
I will apply for changing The Big Five into “The Big Six” to incoude a new protagonist: our guide, Luca.
A young and friendly guy but well experienced: in fact he managed to give us not-so-obvious sightings, such as a pair of white rhinos in the Ngorongoro Crater o a majestic cheetah in Tarangire National Park.
All sided by explanations worthy of a documentary with an impeccable command of the italian language, at the point that Luca corrected my diction when my Roman accent slipped a little too far.
Luca really nailed it with the safari.

Simply perfect
7-Day Safari Including Northern Migration
It was an incredible experience; the thrill of seeing the animals so close is indescribable.
The views, the sunrise and sunset, the various sounds of the night: hyenas, lions, being awakened by a buffalo grazing in front of our lodge!!
Last but not least, the friendliness and professionalism of our guide/driver Brysson, who accompanied us on this wonderful journey through Tanzania.
