Was a pleasure hosting your family at the Shalati train on the bridge.. You are right the accommodation is amazing, meals out of this world (still need details from you on the amazing tasting menu they offered you on new years eve).... Safari drives the best in the national park in my view....

My operator was helpful and determined to find what was right for me.
I had a memorable and most enjoyable 4 night stay at Tremasana Camp this past week. Although the camp was a little bit “run down” the setting and staff more than made up for it. They were kind, helpful and made every effort to be accommodating. The guides were fun, knowledgeable and we were lucky enough to see a lot of very good game.
The food was wholesome and plentiful, so all in all, I would recommend it highly.

We have forwarded your review onto the owner of the lodge regarding the maintenance that you noted and happy to say that they looking on refurbishing the lodge as soon as they have covered the costs caused by low travelling numbers due to COVID 19 and that work is on its way to get the lodge back to its original amazing state.
As long as you had a great time in nature and loved spending times with the guides and that they showed you a lot of animals...

Understood the assignment
Wayne Barnes was a great help. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave us lots of suggestions that were within our budget and fit the criteria. We found THE lodge and the experience there was fantastic too. Wayne communicated all specifications, dietary requirements, etc to the lodge and for the transfers. All went well and hopefully we will be back to South Africa soon

Once in a lifetime experience
We booked with the Umkumbe Bush Lodge in Sabi Sands and to say it was incredible is an understatement. We saw SO many amazing animals right at arms length most of the time, the place is truly wild. The staff at Umkumbe were excellent and very professional, very informative, and they tried day in and day out to ensure that their guests had an experience if a lifetime! Some exceptional mentions were Pieter, Chloe, Drizzle, and Leo, they were great! Can't wait to go back again.

Kruger and Sabi safari
Our family of four had a wonderful safari experience. The company were excellent and supportive throughout. All transfers went smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was stress free.
One thing we should have done on our side was to ensure we had more planning involved for travelling with a vegetarian. The lodge wasn’t very well prepared for this so it’s worth mentioning early in the process

Simple to work with and responsive
I reached out to Kruger Safari Co. a couple week ahead of wanting to go on a trip. They were very responsive and we set up a zoom call to review my options. Because I was going to safari as a solo traveler, it can be difficult to find lodges (since many don’t want to take a single person). They contacted lodges and found one that fit all of my criteria and was within the price range that I provided. Would work with them again!

The Kruger Safari Co is truly one of the best tour companies I have encountered. My family required special assistance with partial wheelchair accessibility needs for our visit to Kruger and Wayne was not only extremely responsive and professional, but went above and beyond in ensuring me and my family would be comfortable and well taken cared of. From zoom sessions to personal videos of lodge grounds to determine wheelchair accessibility would be sufficient, I could not be more happy with Wayne and Kruger Safari Co.
