carol provided excellent service for my friend and I planning our trip to Canada. As our first trip adventure to Canada, we had many questions, and each one was answered diligently, thoroughly, and knowledgeably. Every detail....from beginning to end, travel arrangements, transfers to hotels, choices of hotels, camp we stayed at and enjoyed our camping and excursions in and around Toronto, and Vancouver. The entire trip (one month) was wonderful and meticulously planned. We visited museums parks, art galleries, hiked etc without any problem.
