Destination Connect staff are professional and customer oriented. They communicate effectively and are very informational. From the booking to the actual Safari, everything was as advertised or better. Drivers Tisa and Frank were not just drivers, they were professional guides with a wealth of knowledge about Masai Mara and Kenya. They truly cared about guest satisfaction. First class!

Amazing Safari Experience!
We had an amazing safari in Maasai Mara! Our drivers (Frank and Tisa) did a great job making sure we saw lots of animals and had a fun time. We saw 4 of the Big 5 in just 2 days! We had a blast riding around spotting all the animals including a cheetah, a leopard, and a lot of lions! Will definitely be telling our friends about the experience and would love to come back to do it again.

We were more than happy with the excellent service provided by Safari connect. We had booked from UAE through our local travel agent.
This was our first trip to Africa and we were very skeptical about the whole tour. But all our apprehensions were solved from the first day itself.
Mr Juma, our guide cared for us like family and left us with no concerns. All the accommodations provided were excellent and good value for money spent. Juma made the safari comfortable, although the travel was tough.The Landcruiser vehicle was well maintained and gave us no trouble through out the six days. We had no bad experiences through out the journey. Juma is an excellent driver, host and guide with many many years of experience, who knows the terrain and its limitations. The communication skills were excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending the company and Juma, our english speaking guide. We are indeed thankful to you guys for making me and my wife's first trip to Africa, a very safe and memorable experience.

The trip to the Maasai Mara was absolutely unforgettable, a unique opportunity to see wildlife up close. Furthermore, the city tour in Nairobi with our guide, Jackson, was a very enriching experience, full of local information and insights.

Professional tour guide
We did a private safari with 2 couples to Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara for 5 days/4 nights. Nahashon was our tour guide and was fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable about the animals and surrounding area, always being very kind and super professional. We stayed at the Sarova hotels for each park which were clean, beautiful, with fantastic food. The add on sunrise hot air balloon ride with breakfast on the plains was absolutely worth it. We still cannot get over how amazing the games drives were. We saw the Big 5 and just every drive was different and being able to immerse ourselves in nature and see what the animals had to offer us. Highly recommend a safari and using destination connect. Felt incredibly safe. Only thing to mention, if you are prone to car sickness, the road between Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara is very rough and not well maintained, so you would benefit from either going to only one of the parks or paying extra for small flights to the parks to avoid the sometimes rough Kenya roads
