Beautiful and unforgettable!
An unforgettable 3-day safari with Dorit and Lukiano is behind us. Wonderful care, hospitality, and accommodation. I almost believe that no animal on the way escapes their notice, even the smallest ones are spotted. Impressive is their knowledge about these animals, no question remained unanswered. Today, a week later, I am still completely filled with the impressions, the animals, the experiences in the park. I will recommend the two of them as tour guides to everyone!!! We had the privilege of having Lucky as our guide through various national parks and the Ngorongoro crater. The best guides in Tanzania
We had a wonderful time for our safari with Lukiano and Dorit. Prior to our safari we where traveling on our own in Tansania with various guides in various contexts and I can confidently say that the experience with the Lion Guides was by far the best one. Communication was great and very thoughtful with daily briefings, space for questions and tiny changes for personal preferences. Lukiano is a very knowledgeable guide and told us everything we wanted to know about the nature and culture that he showed to us. The atmosphere was always very friendly and we really enjoyed spending our time with the team.

Lukianos enthusiasm for nature is contagious!
Lukiano, the chef of Lion Guides, is the best guide, we ever met. He is an expert in flora, fauna and wildlife and he loves to share his knowledge with his guests by telling personal stories, full of humor and details about animals behavior. Every question was answered!
Our game drives and walking safaris were varied and successful; we were able to observe Africa’s Big Five and countless other species up close, especially his enthusiasm for birds made us listen and searching for all the species.
In addition he is an excellent driver, even under bad road conditions. All Lodges and the hole trip had a diligent planning, we experienced great hospitality.
We came as customes and left as friends! Thank you very much Lukiano!

The best experience ever!!!
We were a group of seven people traveling through Tanzania in February 2026 with Lion Guides Safaris, and it truly became one of the most extraordinary experiences of our lives.
From Arusha to Tarangire National Park, Ndutu, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara, every destination was unforgettable. What made the journey exceptional, however, was Luky. An Unforgettable Safari Experience
Our safari with Lion Guides Safaris was truly unforgettable. From day one, Luki gave his all to make sure we had the best possible experience in Tanzania.
We were lucky enough to see the Big Five, and every game drive felt perfectly planned. The itinerary across all the parks was spot on. He chose magnificent hotels, super comfortable, clean, and well located, and paid attention to every single detail.
He kept us well hydrated, the vehicle was spotless every single day, and his attitude was always positive and professional. Beyond the wildlife, he took the time to teach us about Maasai culture and traditions, and explained so much about the animals we encountered. Luki was actively looking for the animals and finding the perfect spot to see them as close as possible. It is so impressive how respectful he is with the animals and well he was expressing about any single specie and how important it is for the cycle of life.

Our safari experience was beyond incredible truly once in a lifetime. From the very first day, everything exceeded our expectations. We saw the big five and other animals too, thanks for our guide Lukiano ( Lion Guides Safari ), every single day brought something new and breathtaking ( Out trip was 8 day) It felt like living inside a National Geographic documentary.
Additionally Lukiano is a Maasai tribe, he explained all the cultural aspects and we lived the Maasai experience in a local tribe.
