Nairobi trip was ok , but mombassa trip was pathetic
I had a terrible and disappointing experience with Judeju Ventures during a Wasini Island trip in Kenya.
We paid $270 to Mr. Yasin from Judeju for a full package that included pickup and drop-off from Diani Reef Resort, visits to 3 islands, snorkeling, diving, a marine park tour, and lunch.
Unfortunately, nothing was delivered as promised:
• The promised driver and car never arrived at Mombasa SGR station.
• The vehicle finally arranged was extremely old, broke down twice, and was operated dangerously with the key outside the ignition.
• Our boat was taken from a completely different location, not where others were taken from, and the ride was scary and unsafe.
• We did not visit the marine park, had no snorkeling or diving, and not even one island was visited, despite being promised three.
• The lunch was of very poor quality—almost inedible.
• When we asked for a refund, the response from Mr. Yasin was extremely rude and unprofessional.
This was a clear case of cheating and exploitation. I do not recommend Judeju Ventures to anyone, especially families or international tourists. I hope the Kenyan tourism authorities take strict action against such operators who damage the country’s reputation.

Robert was great!!! He made sure we were always good and did everything to make sure we had good tim
This was such a great experience!!! Robert, the tour guide, did everything he could to make sure that we got a good view of different animals!!! We went to different touristy sites after this. It was overall such a fun day!!! I would recommend this group!!!

Very attentive and great communicator.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Justus was a real pro in understanding what I was looking for and providing it. Charles, my driver, was amazing in both his graciousness and ability to spot wildlife. The room was large and comfortable and if you enjoy buffet dining, you would enjoy the meals. While wine is not served by the glass, you can order a bottle or cocktail. All-in-all, a very enjoyable experience.

The best value for money, No extra costs, friendly and hospitable atmosphere plus personal attention to all tourist’s needs. The Guide spares you as much time as you need, you get the feeling that you are a unique traveller. Very good English and manners. Very helpful, kind advice and interesting stories.
