Eric is good sincere punctual and honest driver /guide who cares about the travellers their needs and most importantly sees that what ever they wished to see the animals he tries to fulfil them Lots of hard work he puts for that I sincerely fill that he should be acknowledged and wishes him best in his future endeavours. Max is a great guide and person. He’s funny caring and told us a lot about our adventures
We were on a customized trip and could not have asked for more. Our driver Max was fantastic. Our trip through the Serengeti was remarkable and unforgettable. It provided us with a lifetime of memories.
Unfortunately, the reliability of one of our two vehicles was significant and compromised and caused significant delays and angst as they attempted to fix it. This needs to be addressed by the company and is not at any way a reflection on the drivers.

Just returned from our 14 day trip to Kenya and Tanzania with Frank of Serengeti Clarity, Arusha, Tanzania.
It was our first trip to Africa and we were fortunate to see the Great Wildebeest Migration, not once but TWICE, thanks to our amazing guide Daniel. A big thumbs up for him.
Regarding accomodations, Flamingo Asili Lodge (Overlooking Lake Manyara) and Heritage Mara Camp, Kogatende (Northern Serengeti) were a total disappointment and should be avoided
Nevertheless it was an incredible, extraordinary, superb, mind blowing and awesome experience.
Thanks to Frank and the entire Serengeti Clarity Team for this outstanding and memorable trip.

Serengeti Clarity was professional , very responsive and reassuring.
My wife and I found great value in the services that Serengeti Clarity provided. The choices in accommodation both in the bush and in towns were well selected. We experienced some airline delays/ cancellation but the company continued to reassure us that they would make the necessary adjustments to include several very late night transfers. We had very knowledgeable and experienced guides from Kenya through Tanzania. We would use them again.

Dream tour with guide Kelvin
The tour in Tanzania was well planned by Serengeti clarity, except that they made a mistake in booking number of passengers for the Ngorongoro conservation area where they booked for 4 instead of 6 and as a result we lost 120 minutes, waiting in the gate. The guide, Kelvin, was very good, dedicated and hard working and very knowledgeable about all the parks. He went extra miles by taking care of us and showing us animals. It was for him that our Tanzania trip became memorable and full of excitement.

Well organised tours which emphasise traveller comfort and safety
Rashid our tour guide was knowledgable, a cautious and very skilled driver who was very concerned about our comfort and safety, throughout the tour. His knowledge of the terrain, combined with his driving skills and conscientious service needs special mention as it made a world of difference to our Safari experience.
We saw each of the big five and more during our 7 day tour and learnt about the culture and people of Tanzania in addition to learning about its varied wildlife, flora and fauna.

Our maiden trip to Africa with Serengity Clarity was Amazing!
Our safari guide with Serengity Clarity, Adrian, was super nice and resourceful. He was very familiar with the game routes all over Tanzania, and we caught a glimpse of all the big five during our safari rides. The agency had some rough edges when it comes to coordinating pickups from/to airport. the local TZ airlines were unreliable given missing baggage and cancelled flights but the agency did their best to accommodate the changes around them. Overall, happy with Frank and the Serengity Clarity team.

Well organized and personalized experience
Warm lunches, great tent camp accommodation, the guide made sure we spotted all possible animals. The Wi-Fi and wine were a nice extra! Great Whatsapp communication before and during. The safariguide was a bit passive and uninterested to share extra information; answered all questions but didnt take much initiative in conversation. We added the waterfall and hot springs tour as an extra day and it was a great choice. For that the guide was great and We truly recommend seeing these places! All in all, an unforgettable four days, thank you!
