Hospitable and warm hosts, memorable safari
Bongani and his family made this one of the best vacation experiences I have had. First time on the African continent, completely new to the surroundings, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Bongani arranged for me to be picked up at my hotel in Joburg, and I got a very pleasant ride to their lodge. His family is very welcoming, and fed me delicious food, and gave me a comfortable cottage to sleep. I have two lovely trips to Manyeleti and one daylong to Kruger with their careful planning. Did I say the food was delicious? I hope I can go back there again.

Bongan safaris knew the right spots to find the animals.
These guys were cool, calm and fun operators. Great vibes and great energy. We did 2 afternoon safaris and they were on time both days. Great value for the cost. We saw lots of animals and all the ones we requested to see. They were very knowledgeable about the animals and the area. It was epic. Highly recommend.

I was greeted with such a warm welcome, and the positivity extended towards the care and consideration in all activities planned. Amazing experience! from the airport pick up to drop off, everything in order and comfortable. The home made food and bbq was delicious and the lodge spacious, and pretty with a pool to cool off in the afternoon. I did couple safaris with Charlie. He will go above and beyond to make sure you see hard to see animals. All in all an experience of a lifetime.

Professional operation with special attention to guests in a unique setting.
Bongani is incredibly welcoming and experienced. His lodge, situated in his local village, is extremely comfortable and professional. The staff were very friendly and we were treated like kings! The tours that we did were superb and the guides experienced. We saw a lot of incredible animals and birds. Would highly recommend Bongan Safaris for anyone who wants a different, more personal safari experience!
