Professional, exceptional customer service and expertise in Safari
We had our Beach-Safari Combo to Mombasa & Mara 3 of us early in January, 24. First of all, I recommend Johnbow tours and travel to anyone looking for safari in Kenya and East Africa. The tour consultant was extremely helpful, patient and exceptional customer service. She offered a package that was not only exciting but also offered value for money.
Throughout the Tour, the consultant was available for any clarification and issue. she was responsive to our needs and very patient

Very efficient
I loved their promptness in responding to my query immediately i sent them a message on WhatsApp in the morning and by 3 pm, we had finalised everything and i had our SGR tickets on WhatsApp. On getting to the hotel in Msa, they had organised a very good suite fof us. They exceeded our expectations

After consulting with other agencies Johnbow Tours was able to meet my specifications and budget perfectly. My girlfriends and I we're booked at Voyager beach resort where they even gave us packed lunch on check out day after we missed it on day 1 thanks to Phoebe.
