We had an incredible experience with Kojuu on our honeymoon and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.
Our guide, Leonard, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain the animals, their behaviors, and the ecosystems we were exploring, which made every game drive even more interesting. His knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm truly helped make the safari a memorable and special experience.
We also worked closely with Jessca while planning our trip, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was responsive, organized, and made sure every detail was taken care of. I have food allergies, and she ensured they were communicated to all of our accommodations and even considered when arranging packed lunches for our game drives, which gave us great peace of mind.
The accommodations throughout the trip were excellent, and every lodge and camp exceeded our expectations. We visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti, and were fortunate enough to see all of the Big Five. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and the perfect honeymoon adventure.

A dream honeymoon safari come true thanks to the care of Kojuu, Noel and Glory!
My wife and I visited Tanzania for an incredible 8-day safari honeymoon trip with Kojuu. From the first quote until the end of our trip, we were taken care of by Glory (she's an absolute star!). She helped us to continually refine the itinerary to meet our wishes and to best fit within our budget. She even helped us adjust our trip when it was disrupted by the Iran War. Her support did not stop pre-trip—she continually checked in with us during the trip as well to ensure we were always comfortable and enjoying our experience.
For the trip itself, we went with a Silver-level (mid-range) itinerary and spent 2 days in Tarangire, 4 days in Serengeti, and 1 day at Ngorongoro. We were taken care of by Noel (our driver and guide), and the experience we had would not have been possible without him. There were countless moments where his care, patience, and expertise helped us. For example, while other safari jeeps had their windows and roofs open in Tsetse fly areas, he proactively made sure we were protected; while other jeeps sped through certain areas of the Serengeti, he patiently took the time to help us notice the presence of a leopard in the area; and on days when no leopard had been sighted by any other guide, he patiently persevered to explore as many areas of the savanna as possible to find one just as the sun was setting. We came to really appreciate the importance of an experienced and confident guide who had the intuition, instinct, and knowledge of the various areas. Noel always set realistic expectations for each day, but somehow managed to exceed them every time. Much of a successful safari experience is about being in the right place at the right time, and this is exactly what Noel enabled for us.
Kojuu delivers a high-quality safari experience, tailored to varying budgets, with a desire to keep the experience personalized at all times. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Amazing
I had such an easy and seamless experience, especially thanks to Zaituni. She organised everything for us and made sure every detail of our anniversary trip was perfectly planned. Her communication was excellent, and she checked in with us from start to finish to ensure everything was running smoothly.

Exceptional Service, Unbelievable Experience
From the moment we started working with Zaituni at Kojuu, we felt completely supported through the very end of our trip. Zaituni was such a pleasure to work with and helped us plan our absolute dream honeymoon, combining safari in Tanzania with time on the beach in Zanzibar into the perfect custom itinerary.
Everything was carefully and seamlessly taken care of for us by Kojuu. Even when our airline delayed our baggage, they stepped in immediately to help. Zaituni personally took us to a shopping center to pick up clothing and essentials for the days we would be without our bags. Once our luggage finally arrived, we were already out on safari, and Kojuu personally delivered it to our next hotel before we even made it back that day.
Our safari experience itself was truly life changing. We had the absolute best guide, Bahriki, who was kind, caring, and an expert in every sense. He helped us get incredible sightings and amazing photo opportunities, and we saw everything we could have hoped for and more. We cannot recommend Kojuu highly enough.

An unforgettable safari experience
My dad and I had an incredible safari experience. We spent two days in the Serengeti, followed by the Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park, and everything was organised perfectly from start to finish.
Even though we only booked a couple of weeks before the trip, Jesca, our contact, did an amazing job arranging everything and accommodating all of our requests. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which made a huge difference.
Our tour guide, James, was fantastic. He knew all the best spots to find wildlife, helping us see an incredible variety of animals throughout the trip. He was also extremely knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts about the animals, parks, and local environment, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The organisation, communication, and overall service were excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for a better safari. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a memorable and well-planned safari in Tanzania. Thank you to Jesca and James for making our trip so special!

FELT AT HOME IN AFRICA, LOSIM AND PATRICK ARE THE BEST!
Our familiy of 4, including 19 and 22 yo daughter and son embarked on our first Safari and LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT!!
It was truly a magical experience, Losim helped us from the start, always timely, courteous and clear in his advice. We adjusted our itinerary many times over several months to meet the expectations of each member of our family and he never missed a request, never got confused or mixed up dates, travel itineraries, or late minute requests! I felt completely safe and guided through the entire process. We found Kojuu Safaris through the web, did not have a personal recommendation so I was particularly observing of the little details, and I can truly say that the team offers world class service standards. Our guide Patrick was also key to us having the best experience ever! He speaks English fluently, is knowledgeable about all things Africa, Tanzania, wild animals, from simple data to explaining history, political and religious structure and traditions. He is extremely polite and kind, handles beautifully the balance between being part of the group and allowing moments for the family, he kept the car always spot clean and orderly, was super safety oriented, just impeccable all around! Best Safari Tour
I am so grateful that I have met Kojuu Safaris Africa for my first visit to Africa. They have provided us seamless support throughout the whole journey, making our trip so memorable.
I would say the service provided by the company from the start to the end is just unbeatable. As this is our first visit to Africa, we were struggled on how to get start with planning on our trip, Zaituni has provided us a lot of insight and suggestion at the very beginning. She is patient to answer all of my questions and responded very quickly. She eased all of our concern that came to our mind. Frankly speaking, I have reached out to a lot of company before I engaged to Kojuu Safaris Africa. However, I made the decision very quickly until I met Zaituni. She literally put our needs as the first priority. She is flexible to make any adjustment for us that fit our needs. As she is my first point of contact , she is the reason that makes me feel confident to this company. I knew that I would be in good hands during my time in Africa. Zaituni has arranged everything for us and we do not have to worry about a single thing for the trip. She came to have a briefing with us to ensure we have a better understanding of what’s going on for the next few days on the first day of arrival and even brought us some little surprises, she made us feel so warm and welcome. I am really impressed of the service that she has provided.
Another important person that made my trip perfect is my safari guide, Leonard. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. I always wonder how he can spot the animals so quickly. We successfully see all the Big 5 because of him! He also explained a lot of the features of each animal to us during the game drive, I learned a lot of interesting fact about the animals from him. Most importantly, he is not only a great safari guide, I think that he is also a talented photographer, who took a lot of funny picture for us so that we can keep this precious memory forever, he even suggest us how to pose to have a better picture! All these pictures will remind us our wonderful time in Africa. I would also like to say thank you to Leonard for trying his best to accommodate our wish during the safari, his service is really go beyond expectation, elevating our whole safari experience to the next level. My husband and I do enjoyed his accompany during the whole safari trip.

Phenomenal, professional, always available for answers, congenial
I started researching months in advance and chose Kojuu because it seemed a good fit as they had a Private Tour and Guide going to locations that I wanted to see at a Level that would be comfortable and provide luxury AND lots of opportunities to see the Big animals. All of that was provided and More. I have traveled to Europe many times, but the tour operators, the Guide (Patrick), and lodge staff at all locations were a step above with elegant lodgings, fantastic meals, and professionalism and congeniality that also made you feel like family. I truly will miss them.
I am 72 yr old, yes that’s old but I am active and all of these lovely people will take care of you. So much fun, and as they say… it was a trip of a lifetime”! I saw lions at close range, hundreds of Zebras, enormous packs of Baboons, a female cheetah with her teenagers who had her kill taken by Hyenas, a silly group of monkeys who tried to steal our picnic lunch, lots of wildebeests getting ready to migrate, ostrich, lots of gazelles, beautiful morning sunrises, and of course the Masai tribes herding their animals, and guarding you at night . You will never forget this trip. Of course my most favorite person was my Professional Guide Patrick… ever Patient, always congenial, and sooo knowledgeable of the wildlife names, locations, and his unbelievable abilities to traverse the roads and find the animals! He’s a saint, in that when I would be tired or anxious he can make you laugh, or be so understanding. The Best Safari guide.

Kojuu offered us a wonderful safari experience
Our eight day safari managed by Zaituni included Tarangire NP, the Serengeti, Lake Ndutu and the fabulous Ngorongoro crater. It was action packed and delivered a wonderful safari experience. Our guide Aron was very knowledgeable, a great driver and incredible spotter. We stayed at some wonderful accommodation. We especially loved the Four Seasons and the Simbavati camp at Lake Ndutu. Our departure coincided with the Iran war and meant our flights could not go. Zaituni was very helpful in finding us alternatives and checked to ensure all was well. Whilst it was all amazing the Ngorongoro crater was off the scales. It felt like entering shangri la or the garden of eden.

Excellent, very organized, would recommend to everyone
My partner and I visited Tanzania and went with Kojuu Safaris for a 4-day safari trip.
Everything was excellent. Our driver Patric made this a trip of a lifetime for us and was such a great companion. He was very attentive, tried his best to make sure we’d see as many animals as possible, and very accommodative with everything - we were very lucky to have him.
Glory, our contact with Kojuu has also been excellent, very helpful with helping us book everything, very responsive with any questions we had, and would check in throughout the trip to make sure everything runs smiothly.
Overall, an amazing experience and will surely be recommending Koju Safaris to anyone who might want to do a safari trip.
