Excellent organization and smooth execution
I had decided on Kojuu after reaching out to around a handful of companies and got the best impression in terms of planning, pricing and communication. Throughout the planning process tour contact, Zaituni, have been very great to deal with- and I am a very very picky traveler.
Everything went super smooth on the trip and when something didn't, they went above and beyond to not just clear but also improve the experience beyond expectation.
We ended up having had the experience of a lifetime and felt it was their true mission for us to feel this way any step of the way. As a very experienced (and did I mention picky?) traveler, I know that this level of care is extremely rare.
Absolute recommendation, will recommend it to anyone of my friends that plan to go aswell.

An unforgettable Tanzania experience – from Zanzibar to Safari In Tanzania
We had an incredible experience in Tanzania and cannot recommend Kojuu Safaris highly enough.
The trip was perfectly organized from start to finish. We began with an amazing 6 days in Zanzibar, where we got help with all the transfers between our stops in accordance to our preferences.
After that, we flew to the Serengeti, where our safari adventure began. The agent, Zaituni, who organized everything was very professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making the entire journey seamless and stress-free.
Our safari guide, Barick , was exceptional: knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely passionate about wildlife. Thanks to him, we enjoyed unforgettable animal sightings and learned so much throughout the trip. He always made sure we were comfortable, safe and in the best positions for incredible views and photos.
In terms of parks, the Serengeti was the absolute highlight, followed by the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, then Tarangire and Ndutu, each offering unique landscapes and memorable experiences.
This journey exceeded all our expectations and created memories we will cherish forever.
A huge thanks, once again, to Zaituni and Barack.

Trip of a Lifetime
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Kojuu Safari during our recent trip to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.

A Truly Special Safari Experience
Kojuu provided a unique, special and personalized safari experience. Every exact detail was carefully planned and explained by Gloria, who masterfully orchestrated every move. Aaron was a "rock star" and provided expert guiding services where all of the Big Five animals were observed and also most of the Ugly Five species as well! He was also very insightful in explaining African norms and history along the way, while answering my myriad of questions. We especially enjoyed our stay at the luxurious Four Seasons resort in Segengeti. I highly recommend Kojuu for all of your safari needs. Trust me, Madam Judy and her staff with take great care of you!

A great adventure!
We went on a 4-Day Fly in Serengeti from Zanzibar safari at the beginning of December.
The itinerary including transfer from our hotel to the airport, flights from Zanzibar and back as well as transfer from the airport to our resort upon our return in Zanzibar, in addition to the safari, was all organised by Kojuu Safaris.
Before our departure we got a little bit nervous as we received the final confirmations together with the vouchers for accommodation and flight tickets last minute. However, we had nothing to worry about, as everything was perfectly organized, as Zaituni had reassured us.
She kept in touch from the first request until we were back home, making sure everything was fine.
Our driver/guide, Ombeni, was waiting for us when we arrived at the airstrip. Being such a calm and knowledgeable person, he really made our trip comfortable and pleasant. We saw and learned a lot, but also had quiet times to just enjoy the experience.
In addition to the driver/guide, we had a photographer with us, Emanuel. He was also very pleasant company, and he took beautiful pictures for us to enjoy long after our trip.
Our accommodations were all special and very comfortable. A pity we did not get to spend much time in each, but the game drives were what we came on safari for, and we had an amazing time!
So, thank you so much to the Kojuu Safari team – your delivered what you promised, and we got all we had hoped for.

Perfection!
From the planning stage, customizing our trip, to arrival, assistance and follow up on a daily basis making sure were having the best and safe trip until departure, Zaituni has always been there to assist, follow-up, remind and make sure we are enjoying our trip.
During the safari trip, Barrick made sure that we will enjoy the entire trip and we managed to see the Big 5 in action because of his patience, persistence and dedication. We saw the lion hunting, killing, eating and having siesta after the kill because of Barrick's dedication to ensure we get to see the best safari experience.

Good communications, good response, good arrangement, good post-travel service
My friend recommended Kojuu Safaris to me. My trip was planned only 2-3 weeks before departure, so the time is actually minimal. Zaituni, our point person, is very responsible and kind. She helped me plan from scratch and tailored it extensively to our requests. She helped us succeed in booking one of the most popular accommodations (while some other vendors could not make it). She responded to my email very quickly, and this was quite vital for us (otherwise, we would have no time to discuss back and forth).
Me and my wife were going to Tanzania for our honeymoon, and Zaituni told every hotel to prepare something for us (special cake/meal/welcome ceremony, etc.) Thanks to the help from her and the hotels, we had a very good honeymoon in Tanzania.
About Safari itself. The route was well designed. Our guide Daniel is very active and kind-hearted. We had a good time together. He was erudite in animals, plants, geography, and anthropology. He had sharp eyes and good driving skills. The only flaw is that our game driving was a bit harry in Ngorongoro.
A small incident occurred during the trip. We met the transfer failure when we were going to enter the Serengeti, which made us wait outside the park for around 3 hours that day. But I believe this is quite a rare case. We received a refund even after we came back to our homeland. Zaituni helped us quite a lot with it.
I want to recommend Kojuu Safaris.
