Tiyali is very helpful, open to talking or not talking, and gave good advice for things to try.
I had some issues with the response time. I would respond to the emails within the hour and not receive a response back until the next day. This is partially my fault, since I waited until a few days before the tour date to actually book it. However, even with the response issues, this was an AMAZING day. When we first walked in, we were greeted by song. Then we browsed the stores and found adorable statues, beautiful jewelry and impressive wood carvings. The dances were incredible to watch and it was fascinating to see the homes and practices of so many African cultures. Lunch (which is included in the ticket price!) was extremely tasty and offered a nice variety of new and familiar foods. Absolutely worth the price and I encourage everyone to go.

My 1pm pickup in HazyView back to Joburg was on time, courteous, and was excellent trip back.
I was surprised with driver efficiency and fairly comfortable ride.
Was part of a package so I can’t speak to value but seemed good.
My outbound trip had a far cleaner cabin, but condition cleanliness was only negative issue.

Tiyani was our driver and he was so good to me we had good conversations all the way from Hazyview to Johannesburg I really enjoyed the long drive because of Tiyani's good company.
