Customized touring for the discerning traveler
To celebrate my 75th birthday my husband and I took our son, daughter-in- law and two granddaughters, aged 12 and 9 on safari to Botswana for two weeks including three days in Victoria Falls. Our contact-person with Viatu was warm and enthusiastic and gladly answered all of our questions in the months of preparation before our trip. Our requests for food accommodations were honored and we were treated with graciousness and respect all along the way. I really felt Viatu aimed to please all six of us at each step on the journey. Botswana is very expensive; we knew this before traveling there and we explained that we were more interested in viewing animals than in luxury tents. As requested, the tents were comfortable, but not especially luxurious. The guides gave us the optimal animal experience and their knowledge of flora and fauna was exceptional. The only small "minus" occurred when one of the activities we had signed up for was unavailable and no refund for that was offered. Still, overall, it was an "A Plus" experience.

Excellent with communication and understanding of our needs
Viatu have made our dream holiday come to life. From the 1st call to the last follow up, they have been spot on. They got us the best hotels/lodges and campsites. They advised us on the right experience and the right service providers.
Their communication was smooth and timely. We got all the information before our date of travel, and all our needs were communicated to the service providers in good time as well.

Amazing Trip Planning and Execution Partners
Recently we did an amazing safari in Namibia,Botswana and driving all the way to Vic falls. We loved how we operated with Viatu via Ms Mardi, from the initial planning, to sourcing and getting us beautiful places to stay and ensuring all the bookings were properly in place, during any hiccups they were readily available to give feedback and clear any issues. It’s like they were with us the whole trip.
We did a self drive trip in Namibia and used Viatu to book and plan our trip. They were very helpful and really walked us thru the planning process before we booked everything. It was amazing and there were no surprises everything was as we had planned.

Fantastic experience
Cannot praise Natasha and the team at Viatu enough for the magical trip they arranged for us to Namibia and Botswana. Every step along the way was meticulously planned and there were no hiccups - quite amazing as we stayed in four different lodges (all beautiful) with around 10 connecting flights, most via small plane and helicopter.
