The whole staff is fast-responding, dedicated, and attentive to details.
My friends came to visit us and told us they want to visit masai mara. It was such a short notice, but Benson has been quick to help out. My friends have special dietary restrictions, and TALL MASAI has made sure the right food was prepared for the 3 days trip. I am glad everything works out fine and gave my friends such a wonderful experience. Keep up the good job👍

I had an excellent encounter with Tall Masai. I was able to customise the tour to fit my budget because to Benson's excellent communication throughout.
The AA Lodge's accommodations were excellent, the cuisine was outstanding, and the staff was wonderful—very helpful and kind. The Masai Mara is stunning, the safari experience itself was incredible, and my guide Felix and his colleague Dan were excellent, joyful, and informed, which enhanced the whole experience.

Great experience
It was a very nice trip with a lovely group and a good guide! We saw all big 5 and enjoyed best weather also in April. The tour was well organised and they picked us up at our hotel and brought us back after 8 days. Perfect price/ performance!

My friend and I booked a four-day and three-night trip, which is economical budget, and the experience is great value. The itinerary includes Masemara National Park and Lake Nakuru. The daily schedule is wonderful. As a tourist, these days are enough for me to observe a lot of animals. Our guide Moses is very professional and careful. He knows every kind of animal, and he will park the car in a good position for us to see clearly. The accommodation, meals and rest arrangements of the whole trip are very good and impeccable! Have a wonderful Safaritrip with everyone!

- First tent camp should be changed, nice people there, also food was good, but the the tent is awful.
- Maybe they could change the car, it was like a van. A real offroad car like Jeep would be a little bit more comfteble.

There was excellent communication with Benson from beginning to end .
The driver Chet was knowledgeable and an excellent driver over very difficult terrain. Thanks too for taking me to the clinic when I became very ill. I very much appreciated the time and support shown .

We booked from the UK & it was amazing. Thank you. We chose the parks & Benson created a package for us. The guides met us at Voi train station & we drove through Tsavo East, West & Amboseli up to Nairobi. Wow it was fabulous. Chet was uber experienced & spotted loads. First time safari for me & I loved it, highly recommend.

This safari offers excellent value for money. Compared to other safari tour companies, their prices are much more affordable. Additionally, the owner treats guests like family and is honest and trustworthy.
And very thank you to the staff at the company for their understanding and excellent service. Even though I missed the scheduled safari on the reserved date, they still allowed me to rebook the safari for the next day. According to the policy, the deposit was non-refundable if I failed to show up on the agreed date, but instead of keeping the deposit, they only asked me to pay the remaining amount. I truly appreciate the staff's kindness and flexibility. This safari company treats their guests like family, making it a choice I would highly recommend to my friends.

Nice joined safary in Amboseli
Very friendly and helpful staff, rather comfortable car for safary, good driver, who tried his best to show us as much animals as he could, even driving very fast, to catch the moment 😊
On of the managers meat me at hotel before safary started, took to the place where safary starts, helpted me to catch the night bus to another city after the end of the trip (Peter, thanks a lot for your kindness and care).
The food in the camp was okey, big tent with the sbower inside.
I can recommend this agency to have good emotions and nice memories of your safary in Kenya.
