staff who followed us step by step with patience and dedication
We took a 4-day tour with Vision Safari & Tour, departing and returning to Zanzibar. The trip was carefully and meticulously organized, from hotel pickup in Zanzibar to our return. The tour, as requested, included sleeping in the same place and taking a different safari each day, about an hour or two's drive from the base. We stayed in a lodge, enjoying its simplicity and pace, sharing the outdoor spaces with rabbits, goats, and small, discreet monkeys. The agency provided constant support and assistance. As soon as we arrived from Zanzibar, we went to Lake Manyara, where we saw, in excellent company, many elephants, giraffes, zebras, and, from afar, two sleeping lionesses. The following day, we went to Tarangire National Park. We also saw many animals, but it was very crowded, which made the tour less enjoyable. However, the place is truly unique, and the landscapes around the river are so impressive that we were satisfied nonetheless. On the third day, we visited the Ngorongoro Crater, whose magnificence and boundless spaces left us breathless. Here, you can breathe in the freedom; you can see the animals from afar, except for the zebras, but perhaps that's precisely the beauty: seeing herds of buffalo, zebras, and gazelles move across these infinite spaces. We also saw a hyena hunting, warthogs, wildebeest, antelopes, and birds perching above the hippos and a serval. The company was excellent, and we had a great time. On the last day, we had a truly unique and profound experience, choosing to visit the Lake Eyasi area, departing at 5 a.m. We had the opportunity to meet and partially participate in the daily lives of two ancient and authentic tribes: the Hadzabe and the Datoga: the former dedicated to hunting with bows and arrows, the latter to working with recycled metals, accompanied by a guide who translated their particular language. We would like to thank, in addition to Gudilah and her staff who followed us step by step with patience and dedication, our guides: the very friendly Ephelress, Nestor, with his sharp eyesight and truly very competent and the young Rama, patient, kind and attentive.

Very accommodating, however could be more conspicuous in their marketing.
Due to making our booking at their rather shabby offices in Arusha we were a little sceptical about their authenticity. We need not have worried as they delivered what was promised. Competitively priced and Ngorogoro is a must do and we were driven there professionally. We saw a variety of wildlife close up .Our driver could have been more assertive though, as he tended to focus his attention on three rather brash Italian ladies at the expense of the rest of the group.

Professional, friendly and reliable tour operator
I booked a 2-day safari with Vision Safari & Tours and was overall happy with the experience. Seamless communication (with Shebbie) ahead of the safari and my impression was that this is a professional, flexible and reliable tour operator. Everything was well organised and we had no issues during the safari. We visited Ngorongoro crater on the first day, which was amazing. The second day we only had few hours in Tarangire as we had to fly back to Zanzibar, and we didn't see as many animals (in Ngorongoro we saw 4 out of the big 5 - no leopard unfortunately). Beautiful park though! Accommodation, breakfast and dinner was good. Like I mentioned in my feedback after the safari, the two lunches could have been better for me as a vegetarian. While the others had rice, chicken and veggies, I was offered only rice and veggies - no alternative source of protein. The only other negative point was that our guide told us to pay a tip of $10 per person per day. He was a good guide and I think everyone would have tipped him anyway, but I felt a bit uneasy to be outright asked for it. Overall though, it was a very memorable experience!
Lovely company trying to emerge
I recommend you to choose this company.
It's owned by a team of young Tanzanians. The contact went perfectly on WhatsApp, I had a good quote compared to the other companies.
They collected me at the airport and brought me to my hotel.
There has been an issue the 1st day of the safari but they managed to send me doing my safari with another safari.
Safari was absolutely AWESOME! Animals are so many, landscapes are amazing! In the Camp ground in Serengeti we had an elephant visit!
At the end the VisinSafari team went to ask me how everything went, and they also sent me few messages during the safari to get sure that I enjoyed my trip.
Still few things to improve as the company is growing but I have trust in their future.

Flexible, helpful and very good communication but sometimes not punctual
I booked a budget 2 days Safari with them to Ngorongoro and Tarangire. From the beginning the communication went on smoothly, they were very responsive and willing to make adjustments to the itinerary as per our request. They also allowed us to pay online instead of cash so this was highly appreciated. The guide is always so communicative, friendly and helpful. On the day before the Safari they took us to the Cultural Heritage Center in Arusha which was a very nice experience. They also chose a good hotel for us to stay in Arusha.
On the days of the Safari itself, unfortunately we were met with some problems. On the first day the car broke down - so we had to swap the car in the middle of safari. On the second day the guide picked us up one hour late. On the day we flew back from Arusha, we were also picked up late so we were slightly worried about missing the flight. Mind you that everytime the problem occured, the guy immediately took action to solve our problems asap so that was wonderful of him.
At the end of the day, sometimes things happen. The car breaking down and the pick up delays did not impact our experiences too negatively because we did not end up missing anything. But still it would have been better if they had taken precautions to avoid these minor inconveniences. Other than that, it was a really enjoyable safari experience.

Exceptional Safari Experience with Vision Safari & Tours
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a two-day safari adventure with Vision Safari & Tours in Tanzania's breathtaking Arusha region, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the impeccable planning to the incredible wildlife encounters, every aspect of the experience left me in awe.
Let me start by praising our guide, Joseph, who accompanied us on the second day of the safari. Joseph's knowledge, passion, and genuine love for the wildlife and the region were evident from the moment we met him. His ability to spot animals from afar and provide us with fascinating insights about their behavior and habitat truly enhanced our safari experience. Joseph's friendly disposition and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction were unparalleled.
Vision Safari & Tours demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout our journey. From the moment we first contacted them, Shabaan, our personal guide and helper, was instrumental in making our trip a memorable one. His prompt responses, problem-solving skills, and flexibility in tailoring the itinerary to our preferences were commendable. Shabaan's warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with his sense of humor, made us feel like we were traveling with family by the end of our trip.
The attention to detail extended beyond the guides to the culinary experiences provided by Vision Safari & Tours. The homemade Tanzanian food and refreshing fruits served during our safari were absolutely delicious and a true reflection of the local flavors. The tour company's commitment to ensuring promptness and timeliness further added to the overall positive experience.
Moreover, I must highlight the cleanliness and comfort of the safari cars provided by Vision Safari & Tours. It was evident that the tour company takes great pride in maintaining their vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey through the Tanzanian wilderness.
I cannot stress enough how Shabaan, our guide and helper, made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. His constant reassurance and regular check-ins, especially considering we were female travelers, provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the incredible wildlife encounters.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Vision Safari & Tours to anyone seeking an unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania. The combination of their exceptional customer service, knowledgeable and friendly guides like Joseph, delectable Tanzanian cuisine, and immaculate safari vehicles create a truly remarkable adventure. Thank you to the entire team at Vision Safari & Tours for making our safari an experience we will cherish for a lifetime.
