Beautiful experience
5/5

Our experience was great in our 2 days safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater. Everything went as the company promised. Helen the tour operator and Benjamin our driver, made everything possible for us to have a nice experience! Overall the company is reliable and value for money!

Very well organized safari, smooth handling and fast and helpful communication before and within
5/5

The planning, organization, and adaptation of the safari to our expectations were excellent. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The safari guide was always responsive to our requests and tried to accommodate the needs of all participants in the jeep. It was an incredible experience to be amidst such beautiful nature and animals.

A well-organized trip, wonderful memories.
5/5

My family went with Vision Safari & Tours on a 5-day safari to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire, as well as a 1-day trek to the lowest base camp on the Kilimanjaro route. I contacted several safari companies and finally chose this one because, from the very first contact, they were very helpful, responsive, and flexible (I kept changing my safari plan). They offered lower prices than other companies.
It was a good choice! The trip was very well organized.
Helen oversaw everything, and we stayed in touch both before arriving in Tanzania and during the safari.
Pendael, our driver, confidently and safely navigated the Jeep over potholed roads and off-road terrain. He kept in touch with other drivers, who shared with each other information about spotted animals. He always positioned the vehicle so we had the best view. Thanks to Pendael, and a bit of luck, we managed to see all of the Africa's Big Five.
The chef was prepaing a delicious breakfast every day, a lunch we took with us and ate on picnics, and a two-course dinner. The food was delicious and local.
On our Kilimanjaro hike, we were accompanied by a professional guide who leads groups all the way to the summit. He shared many interesting facts about his work and expeditions.

Very attentive and professional!
5/5

What a great experience! Vision Safari was incredibly attentive and went the extra mile, ensuring we had all the support we needed to make this trip easy and fun. That included extra care both before and after the safari to help see us through and make sure we got where we needed to go. An incredibly caring and professional service.

The chef was great as well, so we ate well throughout the safari! The jeep was exactly what you want: a proper safari jeep you can stand in to spot animals. Our guide exceeded our expectations, he was a veritable encyclopedia on birds! And matched our energy, really taking the time to understand what animals we wanted to see and making sure we saw them :)

This safari really gives you the time to cover all the key parks, you get to experience not just a huge variety of animal life, but also the various landscapes of the parks. Each (tarangire, ngorongoro, lake manyara, and the different areas of the Serengeti) is unique, I'm glad we opted for this longer tour to see them all!

I can highly recommend this safari company and this trip specifically.

Some advice:

1. get the safari safari field guide from mark w nolting on Amazon before you go! It includes lots of animal information, a checklist of animals and birds you spot, and a journal for recording your experience. You can't get anything like that there.

2. If you like to snack, buy a bunch before the safari! You can't get granola bars locally, bring that kind of stuff from home. Top up at a local supermarket in arusha. It'll be much cheaper than later at the vendors in the tourist spots.

Fantastic Communication, Booking, and Experience
5/5

Communication with Vision Safaris was really good. They were extremely quick to respond to both emails and WhatsApp. When I contacted them to get quotes for my trip, they were very responsive and gave me options to choose from. When I asked to modify one of the options, it was easy and exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to book and pay for before the trip so that when I landed they picked me up from the airport and I was able to start my safari immediately. The safari was exactly what they have advised and the trip went exactly as planned. Overall it was a great experience, I’m glad that I booked through Vision and would recommend anyone to go through them!

Excellent!
5/5

Vision Safari made our travel an unforgattable experience. It was very well arranged, a wild experience but without renouncing to the comfort and relax. Lodges are confortevole and well equipped. The driver was an expert of animals and of the places where we can see them.

Thank you Vision Safari! Akuna Matata🙂

Always ready to help!
5/5

It was a pleasure to travel with Vision Safari & Tours, a wonderful experience. Since the first day I wrote to them (unlike other agencies I wrote to) the always replied immediately and solved all doubts we could have. Hellen and her colleagues were always helpful and ready to answer questions (even doubts about Swahili language!). The guide, Godson, was a terrific driver, very useful in this kind of journeys. The food in the lodge we stayed at (with monkeys and goats and rabbits walking all around the place!) was delicious, as well as the food during the safari itself. We will always remember the experience! Asante sana, warafiki! Tutaonana baadaye!

I had the most amazing Safari experience. It was beyond expectations. Everything was well taken care of. People from the office, the driver, the guide and the cook. They were all really professional. Certainly recommend this operator.

Quick, organised and very responsive.
5/5

The trip was organised very quick. Once we reached out, the trip was booked within one hour.
The company organised our pick up from our hotel and return too. (Our flight was delayed by 5 hours and the taxi waited for us)
On arrival at Arusha, we were brought to the Arts culture centre and to a local market.
Everything was great.
The company kept checking in everyday with us to make sure everything was OK.
