Excellent service tailored to your need
It all started before you even set foot on the ground where Kelvin will ensure a smooth planning and provide you with any questions you will have. He's quote was very competitive and without hesitation after going through the reviews provided that I did not hesitate to choose BeastSpoor Safari, and I was not disappointed. The safari (I took the 8 day long) exceeded my expectations and was a fabulous experience. The whole trip was well organized and there were no days of boredom. From the communication, the accommodation and transport, all were well taken care of and every evening, Kelvin will contact you to ensure all is OK and ready for the next day. A very experienced agency that can suit your need if you want a unique safari. I would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work.
Thank you again Kelvin and the team (shout out to my driver : Koosh (aka John) also who met all our demands and ensured that we encountered all the animals we wanted to captured and see. Many thanks for this amazing experience.

Come as client leave as friend
I wanted to do my 4th safari and decided at short notice for Kenya so i wrote to five travel agents on this website. Kelvin from Beast Spoor not only responded the fastest, but also provided the most detailed information. He sent me a very detailed itinerary with additional options. He also answered additional questions immediately, so I booked with him.
I had bad luck with my journey and missed my connecting flight but Kelvin was available via WhatsApp and also found immediately a solution for my trip.
When I finally arrived in Kenya and met Kelvin, it already felt like visiting a friend.
Joining a group trip, you may have to be aware that there may be small changes to accommodation or a change of driver during the trip because others in the group don't always have the same trip as you, but that didn't bother me. In the end you always reach your destination.
Hakuna matata & asante sana Beastspoor Safaris!

Wonderful discovery of the region!
After a week-long conference in Nairobi, I went with a work friend on a 7-day safari, from 6 to 12 July, and it took us to Masaï Mara (2 nights), Lake Nakuru (1 night) and Lake Naivasha, Hell's Gate National Park (1 night) and Amboseli National Part (2 nights). We had three different drivers in total and travelled with 3 different sets of people, in groups of 6 to 8, in 4x4 vehicles. The drivers acted as guides and were friendly and knowledgeable about the places we saw and the wildlife. We had breakfast and dinner at the lodges, and lunchboxes for lunch. We added to the trip a balloon flight over Masai Mara (which was more expensive than one I did a couple of years earlier in the Loire Valley, but very much worth it), a visit to a Masai village (interesting), and a boat trip on Lake Naivasha (to Crescent Island, where Out of Africa was filmed; a slightly sad place as the lake's waters have risen with climate change). Altogether the trip cost us each just above2,000€ and we didn't regret spending that much. We were in touch on WhatsApp with Kelvin, our contact person at Beast Spoor Safari, when we had questions about arrangements for the trip, so things went smoothly. We saw so much in a week; all the savannah mammals, big and small, and many of the amazing birds, The accommodation was 'middle-range', which meant extremely nice, and the staff at the lodges are really professional. It was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of experience. Warm thanks to Kelvin, to our drivers/guides James, Francis, Gilbert and James (2), and to the staff at the lodges who work hard to make visitors feel welcome.

The agency cheats on clients, I reported to police
I paid fir 11 days Kenya +Tanzania safary. Arriving in Tanzania, I realized, that hotel and safary were not booked. No hotel, no guide, no safari. Tge hitel told that I'm not tge firs victim of this agency. I returned to the border Namanga and reported to police. The agency didn't responded at all. Finally Kelvin send me this message.
Dear Olga,
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are currently experiencing in Arusha. Please allow me to clarify the situation.
We had indeed arranged and paid for your Tanzania safari; however, we have unfortunately become victims of a cybercrime-related funds fraud that has disrupted the payment process on the ground. This unforeseen situation has interfered with the operator receiving the funds as scheduled.
To ensure your trip continues smoothly and without further delays, I kindly request that you make payment directly for the Tanzania safari on your side. Please be assured that we will process a full refund to you within 7 working days once our accounts are settled.
We deeply regret this unfortunate occurrence and take full responsibility for resolving it. Your experience and trust mean everything to us, and we are doing everything possible to ensure the rest of your safari remains memorable.
Please let me know once you have made the arrangements, so that I can personally monitor the refund process and keep you updated step by step.
With deepest apologies and appreciation for your understanding,
Kelvin,
CEO,
Beast Spoor Safaris
