It is an amazing tour company
We had our trip to Kenya to celebrate our 20th anniversary.Caren handled everything and was instrumental in helping us finetune our trip.Maasai mara is an amazing park and our accomodations there was Entim,an extremely comfortable camp with friendly staff.Coupled with hot air balloons and maasai village visit,we enjoyed most in Maasai Mara.we saw rhino and flamingos in Lake Nakuru .Lake Naivasha Soap Lodge was a great place to relax and cool off after the vigorous game drives in the other parks.
Arizona Africa Safaris is a great company and we will surely travel with them again in future!

3 days safari in masai mara reserve
We had excellent experience me and my wife been organized by arizona africa safari agency Mr Teddy was very helpful and professional advisor provide us a full guidance. Our accommodation inside the reserve Mara intrepids camp luxuary camp with excellent tented view to the river. Full time game drive for two days with an experience a local massai driver with the 4 By 4 car as a private driver for 3 days.
We bean very lucky to see the great migration crossing the Mara river from ( wildebeest and zebra )
We see 4 from the big five animal but
We could not see the leopard
We had outdoor dinning experience as bush breakfast and bush lunch
We had an experience with Ballon safari was amazing to see the great migration from 6000 feet and the most of the the wild animals from the top

I can't even explain how i loved safari bookings I'd still choose them because i recieved the best service ever, they are affordable and i enjoyed every bit of their tour guidance ,Caren I'd very friendly and super responsive . We were in touch via WhatsApp which is easy and quick. Our driver was awesome, knowledgeable and driving safe. I reccommended Arzoni Africa Safaris

A tour operator plays a role of organising, booking and supervising the whole tour trip
I needed some accommodation for the trip so I emailed them a month before. They were flexible about my needs and the communication with Caren and the team went smooth and everything was clear. The planning process went well. I was expecting the unexpected on the day of my trip, but our guide John was super helpful and knowledgeable about experience so I felt comfortable and taken care of. We had interesting conversations during the trip. I absolutely recommend this tour company .

Our safari was out of another world. Thanks for Caren and the team for the organization and Communication was perfect. Kenya is a magical place and our tour guide John really went out of his way to bring us closer to nature. He was very knowledgeable about wildlife and knew exactly where to take us to see the big five. He was attentive, kind and respectful. We had a great time and we recommend Arzoni Africa Safaris 100%.

Arzoni Africa Safaris is a professional company
Arzoni Africa Safaris is a professional tour company with a dedicated dedicated staff. Caren was always there to help us plan our trip and went out of her way to get our visas approved. Despite our flights to Kenya being cancelled at the last minute, she still managed to communicate and convince the hotels to reschedule our dates. Our guide was John, a local Masai who understands his job and very kind.
We highly recommend Arzoni Africa Safaris to anyone planning to visit Kenya and East Africa.

Do not book if you are after amazing safari trip
We paid USD 4,356 for a 5-day “Luxury/VIP” safari with Arzoni Africa Safari, including two accommodations, a dedicated licensed game driver, and daily park passes (USD 200 per day). What we experienced was serious misrepresentation, safety issues, and breach of contract.
Our pickup was delayed and we missed the first game drive because park passes had not been purchased, despite being told they were included. Later, we discovered we were taken into the park without valid passes. The driver repeatedly tried to discourage us from doing scheduled drives, which we later realised was linked to the passes not being bought.
The vehicles were unsafe and in poor condition (parts falling apart, no radio communication to track wildlife sightings, and even a seat detaching during a drive). Without a radio, we were driving aimlessly while other vehicles were locating animals. Both drivers constantly watched TikTok videos while driving. There was very limited wildlife knowledge, no guiding commentary, and alcohol was consumed during picnic stops.
Promised bush picnics were poorly organised — tables and chairs were often forgotten, and my partner had to set up and pack away the picnic herself while the driver remained on his phone.
We cancelled the remainder of the trip due to safety concerns and lack of trust, arranged our own airport transfer, and were offered only USD 200 as compensation.
This was meant to be our engagement trip and it was completely ruined. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking.

We take matters of guest safety, service quality, and transparency extremely seriously. The concerns you’ve raised regarding park entry passes, vehicle condition, driver conduct, and overall professionalism are not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold. We have escalated this internally and are conducting a full review with our operations and driver teams to ensure that any gaps in procedure or conduct are addressed immediately.
We sincerely regret the distress this caused you and understand how disappointing it must have been to cut your safari short. While we did offer compensation in line with our company policy for early termination of services already in progress. Your feedback has prompted us to revisit our compensation guidelines in cases involving safety and service concerns.
We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Constructive criticism helps us improve, and we are committed to taking corrective action to prevent similar situations in the future.

An amazing experience from start to finish
John was great!
He’s a very versatile person with a huge range of skills and knowledge: he taught us about wildlife and Kenyan culture while off-roading with ease and spotting animals at a distance normally reserved for satellites. We saw the big five and much more.
The itinerary was well planned, the hotels well picked and everything went very smoothly.
We would definitely recommend :)

Simply amazing, comprehensively fascinating.
The diverse wildlife and enchanting scenery made it one of the best trips of my life. I felt a bit nervous traveling to an unfamiliar place, but the outstanding service provided by John and Teddy put me at ease the moment I arrived at Nairobi Airport.
Teddy is truly a treasure to this company. Meeting him, seeing his warm smile, and hearing his explanations immediately reassured me.
Especially, my journey with John was incredibly memorable!! He always exerted extra efforts to make the trip with my wife enjoyable and comfortable. His constant insights and explanations doubled and tripled the joy of the safari experience.
