Grace was polite, details-oriented, and eager to please; composed our safari with our preferences
All budget group consolidated safaris are catered by agents such as Inspired Feet, so on a day with a group we were often put together for up to 3 days with people from various agencies. I did like most of the accommodations Grace booked for us, and the Tanzania driver was excellent. We went through at least 4 different drivers and different groups of travelers for the Kenya part.
We patched together a 12 day combination of Kenya and Tanzania.
And we had lots of extra requests that were not common with other groups, so we had the Hells Gate bike tour all to ourselves and our government guide. Do watch out for park rangers asking outright for bribes and charges that are actually pre-paid. Hold your ground. Grace advocated for us on such matters in two instances. She has a professional disdain for corruption and was helpful.
Grace had a lot of interesting Nairobi choices for us, prior to going off on safari. We really liked her a lot and tipped her at the end for all of her care and personalized efforts.

A dream
We loved our trip with Gilbert, he was such an amazing driver and guide. His patience, kindness and knowledge about the animals was outstanding. He was the best!!!
When my luggage got lost (due to the airlines, got to love them) Fiona was answering my text messages till very late. I didn’t expect to get an answer that quickly, and I really appreciated that!
I would have loved staying with Gilbert as our guide, but he didn’t have the same itinerary as us.

Great safari experience and good communication from organiser
My friend and I really enjoyed the safari and the trip, Fiona was such a lovely person to communicate with. She was very transparent, caring and helpful throughout our stay and while booking the trip. She also made sure to be very responsive whenever we had questions or issues. We were with Gilbert for the first part of our safari and absolutely loved him. He was very patient, on top of everything, communicated our planning, and during the game drive he wanted to make sure that everyone was able to see what they wanted to see, but also that we had enough time to take pictures and admire the animals. We wished we would have been able to do the whole safari with him!
Overall we had a great experience with inspired feet safaris! The itinerary that was sent us, including the accommodation, was exactly what was booked and what we did. We had an amazing time and would book with them again!

Great value for money, excellent help and communication
From the first inquiry we had already a great feeling with Inspired Feet. Fiona sent us an extensive pdf with all the information quickly and was there to answer all our questions. Also the price for our 6 day safari was really great considering the value you get, compared to prices from many other safaris. We had a great time during our safari in Kenya and it was the experience of a lifetime. We loved our guide Jackson who brought really good vibes.
