The best tour operator I’ve worked with in Namibia
I’ve worked with Clive and his tour company since 2017. I am frequently in Namibia for travel (both professional and pleasure). Clive and Firefinch have gone above and beyond so many times I can’t imagine booking or working with anyone else. I’ve also had 3 separate groups come to Namibia on short and long holidays, and I worked with Firefinch for all those trips as well. The entire team is thoughtful, kind, and responsive, and patient. They really listen to the clients and help create productive and meaningful experiences in Namibia. I couldn’t recommend a company more.

Discovery of Namibia
To begin with, we fell in love with Namibia and its very different landscapes. It was a feast for our eyes and brains.
Our trip lasted 14 days and we were able to visit the north and south of Namibia. The trip was professionally prepared and we didn't encounter any problems during the 14 days.
The lodges offered by firenfinch are exceptional.
The food is very good, even refined, and of course the wine is excellent.
The country is very easy, very very clean and above all very safe.
The people are very welcoming, charming and smiling.
We'll be back for sure!

We felt very well advised. As it was our first time in Namibia, we were reliant on suggestions and tips. We were very satisfied with the choice of accommodation and the route suggestions. Overall, the service was very good. The accommodations were all excellent. We particularly liked Mushara Lodge, Ai Aiba Lodge and Okahandja.
A little tip: If you rent the car from Bluu, you should know that the return point is outside the airport - if you are in a hurry, this can be important.

A fantastic fly in safari with firefinch safari.
We are 68 years old seasoned travelers. We just had a fantastic 12 days fly in safari in Namibia
To help plan and orchestrate this trip I contacted Clive Johns from Firefinch safaris. Clive was patient, helpful and decent. A mensch! When I first screened TA for our trip, Clive suggested we talk over the phone. For me it was a game changer. We spent many hours of planning - I am not easy, I am very specific. When I changed our plans because of scheduling, he did it without a complaint. Our camps were carefully chosen and everything worked like a clock. We had the pleasure of meeting him personally while in Swakopmund where he took us on a tour of the city and the scenic coast.

Excellent, perfect organized

Unforgettable experience, everything organized impeccably to the smallest detail!
This is the second time I work with Clive from Firefinch. First we have been a group of 10 cars adventuring in Namibia, traveling without my family.
The second time I trusted again Clive to organize my trip to Namibia, this time accompanied by my wife and teenage daughters and another car with friends family.
