Very efficient and responsive. Booked wonderful lodges and covered nearly everything
Clive organised a great trip for us Namibia Girls. The lodges were excellent and we had an amazing time. Dunes wonderful, desert safari very special. Would suggest just see rock painting at Twyfelfontain and don’t do elephant drive. Etosha roads bad but good game viewing at waterholes. Lianshulu is a lovely lodge but not really enough to do for 2 night stay. Mopani Lodge in Botswana - great waterhole but 40 km from park entrance and service very well meaning but a bit erratic. Guest house in Victoria Falls very good indeed, a super place to finish.

Unforgettable and perfectly planned tour!
Our tour through Namibia was excellently planned. Clive from Firefinch Safaris was very responsive to our wishes and took particular account of the fact that we were traveling with two children aged 11 and 13. He also quickly and flexibly planned a last-minute change of plans and early arrival for us and flexibly took our needs into account. Iconic Namibia Roundtrip
Clive organized an unforgettable round trip through Namibia for us at very short notice. He responded fully to our wishes, picked out probably the best lodges for us and even organized a birthday cake for our daughter on her birthday in Svakopmund. Clive welcomed us at the airport, helped us to organize a Namibian prepaid number, took us to the car rental office, gave us all the relevant information about our trip and was always available by cell phone afterwards. Clive always answered our questions immediately.

Great communication, amazing and knowledgeable guide.
Thanks to Clive and to our guide Elvis for an amazing experience. The tour was customisable and very clearly explained beforehand. Elvis was a wildlife expert with lots of facts (!) and accompanied us throughout the tour. He tailored the experience to exactly what we wanted - it was very full on but we had enough time to rest and recuperate each day. I really recommend a stop at Okonjima for the leopard-tracking and 'fancier' accommodation.

Traveling with my professional photographer husband, we had very specific needs, and Clive delivered at every level: personalized service, expert private guides, seamless logistics, and a beautiful variety of experiences across Namibia, Victoria Falls, and Cape Town. He took the time to truly get to know us, and it showed—every day felt tailored and intentional.
Our first six days in Namibia with our private driver Stefan were a perfect start to the trip. Stefan was extremely knowledgeable about Namibia—its culture, wildlife, and geology—and also a very good photographer in his own right. Second to none your best safari operator in Namibia
We were very satisfied during the preparation of the tour as the person in charge of Firefinch Safaris,Michelle Kahikopo, was both very professional and accommodating to our suggestions.From the 5 day safari at Etosha we went to 9 days including Waterberg Park and Windhoek.To our full satisfaction the operation was even better.Car worked perfectly both in roads and in gravel paths within Etosha.The guide/driver,Gedeon Shapaka was guiding and driving well and what it was the reason why we were there finding a lot of fauna in different locations.Elephants,Jiraffes,cebras,he put us in front of but we saw leopard,hyenas,rhinos and lions as well.Finally we must say that the lodges and communication facilities were better than we had expected due to the lonelines and far distances of their locations.Our experience with Firefinch Safaris was over the rainbow.Try them if you may.
