Couldn’t have asked for more!
I got in touch with John from Serengeti Wildlife Safaris as we had a smaller budget and what we were after was quite specific. John was amazing and worked back and forth with me to curate our perfect Tanzania safari. John greeted us himself personally at the airport and treated us to lunch on our first day when we were hungry from travel. The nights we were booked for lodges they were extremely clean and comfortable with hot water and great amenities. The nights we spent in tented camps were budget options but again very clean and comfortable. The food on safari was a highlight and our chef travelled with us throughout. Our safari car was clean and well maintained. The guides throughout the tour were excellent- very knowledgeable, excellent drivers and just made everything so enjoyable! Special shoutout to Eric who seemed to get us in the perfect spot for photos and sightings every time! We spotted the Big 5 along with many other amazing animals.
We couldn’t believe the value for money when it was all over. Absolutely the experience of a lifetime and I would highly recommend John and his team!

An Unforgettable 6-Day Migration Safari with Serengeti Wildlife Safaris
Our 6-day Great Migration safari with Serengeti Wildlife Safaris was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. The highlight of our trip was witnessing the wildebeest crossing the Mara River a breathtaking and unforgettable experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives.
Our guide, Novatus, was exceptional. He was highly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always focused on making sure we had the best possible experience. His knowledge of the wildlife, animal behavior, and the Serengeti was impressive, and he knew exactly where to position the vehicle for some incredible sightings and photographs.
Everything was very well organized. The luxury accommodations were beautiful and comfortable, the safari jeep was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and the entire team was welcoming and professional. From the moment we started our safari until the final day, we felt well cared for.
We would also like to give special recognition to John, the owner of Serengeti Wildlife Safaris. His communication, attention to detail, and personal commitment to making sure everything went smoothly really made a difference. It was clear that customer satisfaction is genuinely important to him and his team.

Very good agency—attentive and professional.
The trip to Tanzania we planned with the agency's guidance was amazing, and the itinerary perfectly met our expectations. Despite a one-day delay at the airport, the agency was very flexible and adapted the schedule to ensure we could still fit in as many visits as possible.
The initial cultural excursions were all incredible, and the guides accompanying us provided a wealth of information.
The safaris were also magnificent; we have no regrets about the chosen route, as every location was truly magical and well worth the driving time.
We greatly appreciated the quality of the selected hotels, as well as the agency’s responsiveness and clear, seamless communication. Everything was perfect from start to finish!
My first ever safari trip was absolutely amazing!
A big thanks to John, the owner, who was always very responsive, patient, and helpful whenever I had any questions. Everything was well organised from the moment I landed at Kilimanjaro Airport, from airport transfers, accommodations, game drives, meals, and even my flight to Zanzibar. Every part of the trip was handled professionally by John and his team.
I spent 4 days on safari across 3 different national parks, including an unforgettable hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti. The guide was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information about the animals with us throughout the game drives. One of the unexpected highlights was definitely the food during the game drives! A big thumbs up to the chef, Walter! The meals were delicious and honestly exceeded my expectations, especially considering we were dining in the middle of the wilderness.
As a solo female traveller, I did have some concerns before visiting Tanzania. However, John and his team made sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire trip. I always felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after, which I think is a huge plus, especially for solo female travellers.
In short, I would highly recommend Sercar Serengeti Wildlife Safari, especially if this is your first time visiting Tanzania.
