The organization of the trip and communication with man was excellent.
The whole safari trip was an amazing experience. Patrik from smartlickers put together an itinerary for us according to our requirements. They picked us up at the airport and then only the driver drove with us, who was very kind and helpful. Whenever we wanted something, he did it for us. We have nothing to complain about. We were extremely satisfied.

Wonderful 4 day Safai experience with friends and family
We booked a 4 day Amboseli Tsavo Tour with Smartlicker. From the booking till the end we had a marvelous experience! Patrick was assisting us in finding the right tour for us. He came to greet us at the pick up befor our safari. Gordon our tourguide and driver was amazing. We always felt safe and he fullfilled our wishes.
Besindes being very kind and friendly he is very competent . He knew the best animal spotting places and best roads to take. We saw so many aninals - the big 4 (no rhinos in this park). We had beautiful close encounters with Elefants and Giraffes and could finally see lions on our last day. Four our group it will stay a memorable experience. If we return we will book again with smartlickers.

Great travel with the best safari guide
It was a great experience, everything was easy and our guide Gordon was the best. We had a delay problem with our arriving flight and they managed everything. Highly recommended!!
Responsive, reliable, good price
This operator was very responsive via whatsapp as we planned out trip. We were 4 in private group. We could adapt our tour according to our plans an preferences and prices were very good in comparison to what is common found on this website.
We payed 20% in advance after signing agreement with operator and the rest one week before start. Payment works seamlesly via pesapal (African paypal, which has pretty high provisions unfortunatelly - 3,6%)
Realisation was 100% what we agreed. Absolutely no scam. We were first a little suspisicous as we first time planned and travel in an African country.
We are very satisfied with what came out of it.
I would recommend them to everyone.

Once in a lifetime experience!
Initially, we had some doubts about the legitimacy of the company given the low number of reviews online. However, Patrick was very responsive on Whatsapp and we decided to book a 5-day trip, which Patrick tailored to our needs (Masai Mara, Amboseli, Nakuru). The price point was more affordable than other operators as well. But what made this trip incredible was our guide, Phillip. He was extremely knowledgeable, very well-spoken, super funny, but most importantly, just a lovely man. Would highly recommend Smartlickers and if possible, Phillip as your guide :) You’ll have the best time

Excelente Safari
We had a wonderful and incredible safari. Everything was perfectly organized.
We visited Amboseli and Tsavo East. They also helped us purchase train tickets to Mombasa for a few days in Diani. It's a small but very professional company. If we were to return, they would be my agency of choice.
We were a group of eight, and Gordon and Maya were our guides.
All I can say is positive, punctuality, choice of hotels, help with the locals. They have the best price and fantastic quality. I can only say that I would contract with them again

Unforgettable Safari Experience in Kenya!
Our safari in Kenya was absolutely amazing! We explored three incredible parks — Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and the iconic Masai Mara — each offering breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable wildlife sightings.
What truly made the experience special was our guide, Evans. He was incredibly friendly, always available, and made us feel completely safe at all times. His knowledge and positive energy added so much to the trip.
A big thank you also goes to Patrick, the agency manager, who was super helpful and responsive from the very beginning. Everything was well-organized and smooth.
The tour was not only beautiful and enriching, but also very affordable compared to other operators — without missing out on anything. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable safari adventure in Kenya!

An excellent and trustworthy safari operator
We just finished a 4-day safari for 4 people through Amboseli and Tsavo East National Parks, and it was truly the best experience we’ve ever had! From the moment we were picked up at our hotel in Nairobi, everything was perfectly organized.
Our first stop was Amboseli, where we stayed two nights and enjoyed amazing game drives, we saw countless zebras, elephants, giraffes, and even several lions! One of the highlights was having lunch on a mountain inside the park with breathtaking views all around. Meals, dinners, and plenty of water were always included and well taken care of.
Next, we headed to our lodge inside Tsavo East, a stunning location where we could watch elephants, zebras, buffaloes, and even lions drinking water right in front of the hotel. The lodge also had a hide view area where we got to see elephants and buffaloes up close, an unforgettable experience.
On our last day, everything was arranged seamlessly! They took us to the train station, organized our train tickets to Mombasa, and even handled the transfers to our next hotel.
Our guide Simon was absolutely incredible. He was very professional, experienced, and clearly passionate about his work. Thanks to him, we were able to spot some rare animals and make the most of every moment.
Our contact at the agency, Patrick, was also amazing. He responded quickly and professionally from the very first message back in March until our trip in October. He kept us updated for months, answered all our questions, and made sure every detail was perfect.
I 100% recommend booking your safari with this agency. They offer excellent service, great communication, and very competitive prices compared to others we contacted. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely book our next safari in Kenya with them again!
