Choose Kentau Safari, if you want lifetime memories.
We were on a 4 days, 3 night Safari with Kentaur Safari and i can say, it just couldn't be better, we see all the big 5, even leopard too in Tsavo east. Our driver Modi was a very intelligent, positive and professional person. He did hist best to make our trip unforgottable. Hotels were stunning, service and communication too. I warmly recommend them.

Great Safari Experience from Nairobi to Diani
We did a customized 5-day safari with Kentau Safaris, starting in Nairobi and traveling through Amboseli, Taita Hills, and Tsavo, with Diani as the final destination. We can absolutely recommend this tour.
Communication in advance was smooth and reliable from the very beginning. Everything worked perfectly from the pick-up in Nairobi onward. Our guide, Moddy, was very relaxed and reliable. We felt comfortable and well taken care of at all times, and it was clear that he truly did everything he could to give us the best possible safari experience. The service during the trip was excellent as well – there was always plenty of drinking water provided.
We also really enjoyed the route and the daily schedule: a morning game drive, transfer to the next accommodation, a pleasant lunch break, and another game drive in the afternoon. We could always discuss and flexibly adjust the daily plan with Moddy.
We thoroughly enjoyed the safari – it was full of highlights, wonderful experiences, and a high level of comfort.

Once in a life-time experience. Staff is really Professional.
We have booked the safari online via safaribookings.com ab were totally satisfied to that we have choosen the company Kentau Safaris.
The owner, Dominic Mwata, planned the tour in a perfect way and answered all questions in very short time by mail.
Everything worked well and the tour exceeded our expectations. We started from Diani where we were picked up at the hotel headed to Tsawo West - Ambosseli and then to Tsawo East.
Our driver, Modi was very friendly and funny and know a lot about the wildlife and the nature. We felt always safe and he took really good care of us and also at his car.
The car was cleaned every day before we started.
A big thank you for this unforgettably experience.

Excellent tour operator
I had two amazing tours with Kentau (Tsavo and Amboseli). Dominic always responded quickly and did arrange everything well.
We (Modi and I) spotted a lot of wildlife in Tsavo and stopped at every animal that I wanted to see. That gave me the chance to make some great pictures and identify every animal I saw. Aruba lodge was wonderful surrounded by elephants and beautiful bird species!
After a lot of gamedrives I did not expect to see a lot of new species in Amboseli, but Freddie still managed to show me some new species like the Cheeta and Martial eagle! We took all the time to observe the animals. Sentrim was a bit more basic compared to Aruba lodge, however it was great!

Great safari in East and West Tsavo
The Safari was lovely. We were lucky enough to go with a very experienced freelance guide, Omi, he was fun and cool to be with, always chill. Really good. We had two exciting overnight stays, one in Salt Lick which was really nice where all the animals came at night and the rooms (the hotel is built on stilts) all had a nice view and a pleasant buffet.
We also had a wonderful stay at the very lovely Zivani tent camp, where we did a walking safari and a night game drive where we saw the hippos on land and a few lions. Apart from that we saw plenty of lions, buffalos, giraffes, elephants, antelopes, crocodiles, zebras and many other animals.
Overall a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone!

Well-organized safari with stunning wildlife and a fantastic guide.
We did the “3-Day Amboseli and Tsavo West from Nairobi to Diani” tour and had a wonderful experience overall. The itinerary is very well designed and offers a dense, well-structured program with many activities packed into a short time.
Amboseli was perfect for a classic photo safari, while Tsavo West felt more wild and untouched, with impressive landscapes, mountains, and a great variety of wildlife. The combination of these two parks made the tour especially diverse and memorable.
The hotels and lodges were very nice and offered good services. However, due to the tight schedule and full program, the lodges are mainly intended as places to rest and sleep rather than to spend a lot of leisure time. Since we were there primarily for the safari and wildlife experiences, this suited us perfectly.
The tour was very well organized. Our guide, Christopher, was extremely friendly and attentive to our wishes. He made sure we always felt comfortable, tried his best to show us as many animals as possible, and always gave us enough time to take photos or simply enjoy the scenery.
Communication with the tour operator, Dominic, was open, easy, and uncomplicated. He also helped us with the return journey from Diani to Nairobi, and we were able to conveniently arrange the train ticket booking through the tour operator, which was a big help.
Overall, the trip was fantastic. We truly enjoyed every moment and only regret not having booked a longer tour. We would definitely recommend this safari to anyone looking for a well-organized and rewarding wildlife experience in Kenya.

My Kenya Safari
I had a memorable Kenyan safari in September 2025. It was organized by Kentau Safaris. I started planning this safari in March 2026. I was dealing with Dominic, who was wonderful to work with. I had many questions, and he always responded to me in a timely manner.
I was assigned to Christopher who was a wonderful guide with about 20 years of experience. His professionalism made me feel comfortable during my 6 day safari. I was amazed by his knowledge of the safari animals. He was very informative when I had questions on the culture of Kenya. I had a memorable visit to a Masai village. We visited the Masai Mara National Reserve, Lake Nakuru National Park, and Amboseli National Park. My lodging (2 lodges/1 hotel) was agreeable and enjoyable. Overall, this was a once in a lifetime experience. If I had the choice, I would choose Kentau Safaris once again. A million Thanks to Dominic and Christopher.

Memorable adventure!
The adventure with Kentau Safaris has been one of the best experiences in our lives!
I traveled with my partner, my daughter and her fiance, my son and brother and his wife, and ask of us extensively venjoyed it !
We visited Amboseli and Tsavo West National Parks and ended in Diani beach.
We were able to see all kind of wildlife neighbors with incredible views of the Kilimanjaro!
The food was delicious in every venue and the service provided was excellent!
Special mention to our driver and your guide Mr. James for his knowledge and positive attitude and to Mr. Domenic Mwata, operations managing director of Kentau Safaris for his high level of professionalism and always helpful support and advice.

From the offset Dominic was professional and responsive to enquiries. We did a two night, 3 day safari in Amboseli and Tsavo West. Modi our guide was an excellent driver and very personable. He managed to show us some incredible wildlife sightings and on some occasions we were the only vehicle present. The accommodations suggested by Dominic were excellent. We also appreciated that this company is owned and run by Kenyans. A fantastic experience.
