Incredible Wildlife Journey
Our 5-day safari in Kenya was an absolutely unforgettable and overwhelming experience. From the moment our journey began, our guide and safari driver, Kush, made us feel comfortable, safe, and excited for the adventure ahead. His friendliness and professionalism truly stood out throughout the trip.
Kush is an extremely experienced safari guide who knows the parks and wildlife incredibly well. Thanks to his deep knowledge and sharp instincts, we were able to spot the Big Five animals during our safari, which was a dream come true for us. He seemed to know exactly where to go and patiently guided us to the best locations for wildlife sightings. Every game drive was exciting because Kush always ensured we had the best possible views and enough time to enjoy the moment.
We visited Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Hell’s Gate National Park, and each destination was beautifully planned. Kush also shared interesting information about the animals, nature, and the parks, which made the experience even more meaningful.
This trip was truly special because of Kush’s dedication, passion, and expertise. I would highly recommend him to anyone planning a safari in Kenya. He made our safari memorable, enjoyable, and something we will cherish forever.

nice and wonderful experience
We were for 1,5 days in the National Park. Our guide Albert found the right places so we see nearly all big 5.
Additionally, we saw many other spectacular animals.

It was a truly relaxing journey. The Masai Mara was magnificent, and our driver-guide was superb. To top it all off, we were lucky enough to see an incredible variety of wildlife.

Amazing experience
My safari experience was truly an unforgettable adventure that exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, everything felt incredible, and we were fortunate enough to see a wide variety of animals in their natural habitat, which made the trip even more special.
A special highlight of the trip was our guide, David Mukami. He was our game driver—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about wildlife. His ability to spot animals and share interesting insights made the experience even more enjoyable.
The camp itself offered great value for the price.
Overall, this safari was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for adventure, nature, and unforgettable memories.

Amazing Safari
Our Kenya safari was absolutely perfect, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Caleb.
Caleb was extremely knowledgeable about all the animals and the ecosystem, like a walking encyclopedia who could answer every question we had. His eyes were incredibly sharp – he constantly spotted interesting wildlife, even when animals were well hidden in the bushes and trees. We always felt very safe with him; his driving was smooth and careful. He also kept the vehicle spotless and comfortable throughout the entire trip, which made every game drive even more enjoyable. When we come back to Kenya in the future, we will definitely ask for Caleb to be our guide again – we can’t imagine a better safari experience.

Reliable, good value for money
I had a 3-day safari in the Masai Mara national reserve with JungleRoam Safaris and the conclusion is that they are good and reliable for what they do. They did everything exactly as it says in the offer, they answer all questions quickly and are very committed to making sure that we are ultimately satisfied because a good opinion means a lot to them. They accept euros and their offer is very good if you take into account everything that is included in the total price.
The driver and guide was David Mukami and I can recommend him because he did a good job.

Great safari experience, but disappointing accommodation
We had a very good safari experience overall, especially thanks to our guide John, who was truly excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure we saw an incredible amount of wildlife. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout the safari, and this part of the trip definitely lived up to our expectations.
Unfortunately, our experience with the company regarding the accommodation was very disappointing. We stayed at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge, and it did not meet the expectations that had been set beforehand. Prior to our trip, we were sent a link showing a nice hotel room, which we understood to be the room we had booked and paid for. However, upon arrival, we were given a very poor and unclean room that did not resemble what had been presented to us.
The room was damp, with water running down the walls, and there was no air conditioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the food at the hotel was extremely poor, which only added to the overall negative experience.
We felt that we could not sleep in the room we were initially given, and therefore we had no choice but to pay extra to upgrade to another room — essentially the standard we had originally been promised and believed we had already paid for. We do not find this acceptable and feel it reflects poorly on the company’s communication and transparency.
In summary, while the safari itself and our guide were excellent, the handling of the accommodation was very disappointing and not up to standard.
