I chose this company because of great reviews as well as prompt communication from the start. Chesi returned messages within a few hours maximum. Some other companies didn't respond for 3 days. The value with Jungleroam was excellent. From hotel pickup to hotel drop off, we had the most amazing 4 days/3 nights we could imagine. Elias took great care of us and was an excellent guide in every way. He was prompt and on-time throughout the trip. His English is very good. What an unforgettable experience!
This tour was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We were lucky to have Stephen as our guide, and thanks to his knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm, we were able to see all the animals we hoped to see. He always knew where to go and shared fascinating information about the wildlife, nature, and local culture throughout the journey.
During our trip, we visited the Masai Mara National Reserve, a Maasai village, Amboseli National Park, and Lake Nakuru National Park. Every destination was breathtaking and offered unique experiences and incredible wildlife sightings.
This was truly one of the best experiences of our lives, and we cannot recommend Jungleroam enough. A special thank you to Stephen for being such an outstanding guide, mentor, and companion during these six unforgettable days. Your passion and dedication made our safari even more special.
We will definitely come back and travel with Jungleroam again. Highly recommended!

With John hagiah‘s help, our trip has been absolutely wonderful. i want to go here again！
My English makes me to communicate with some difficulty. Under John hagiah’s guidance, he always uses simple words to introduce wildlife. I could understand nearly all the animal names and their behaviours.His service is excellent. provided free bottled water in the vehicle.
All meals were included, tasted good, and we had no stomach issues. The accommodation was generally nice as well. We are really satisfied with company‘s service.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. Tribon is professional, sharp-eyed and caring. He successfully led us to see elephants, cheetahs and the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli. He took great care of our needs during the whole trip, and made our safari relaxed and rewarding. 100% recommended!
