Excellent 7 day safari with Jeff!
We just completed an unforgettable seven-day safari with Jungle Roam, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience.
From beginning to end, our guide and driver, Jeff, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely passionate about showing us the beauty and wildlife of Kenya. Over seven days, he navigated some incredibly rough, dusty and bumpy roads with skill and confidence, getting us safely from place to place while making the journey itself part of the adventure.
Our itinerary took us through some of Kenya’s most beautiful and diverse landscapes, including two nights in the Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Hell’s Gate National Park, and two nights in Amboseli. We had incredible game drives along the way, and Jeff’s knowledge of the wildlife and the areas we traveled through added so much to the experience.
I was traveling with my 80-year-old father, which sometimes required a little extra patience and flexibility. I especially appreciated how accommodating everyone was with him. At Hell’s Gate, Simon went above and beyond. When cycling became difficult for my dad, Simon made sure he could still participate in the experience, even taking him as a passenger on the electric bike. He handled the situation with tremendous patience, kindness and good humor, and it meant a great deal to us. The scenery was extraordinary, the wildlife encounters were unforgettable, our accommodations throughout the safari were beautiful, and we came away with memories we will be talking about for years.
Thank you to Jungle Roam, and especially to Jeff (and Simon), for taking such wonderful care of us. If you are considering a safari in Kenya, I would recommend Jungle Roam—and if you have the opportunity to travel with Jeff, you will be in excellent hands.

We had a great safari experience overall and everything went very smoothly. A special mention to Joseph, our driver and guide, who was absolutely amazing. He was extremely kind, helpful, professional and attentive throughout the entire safari. He always made sure we were comfortable, helped us with everything we needed and really made the whole experience even better.
The only thing we would have preferred differently was our first accommodation at Lenchada Camp in Masái Mara. It wasn’t really to our liking, and we would have appreciated being given a few accommodation options to choose from beforehand instead of having the camp assigned directly. Joseph was incredibly helpful with this situation as well and helped us arrange an alternative.
Apart from that, everything was perfect. We are very happy with the safari and especially grateful to Joseph for taking such good care of us. Highly recommended!

Great safari with humorous & professional guide Samuel
The overall Safari experience was fantastic! Our guide Samuel is humorous and professional. We spotted the Big Five within five hours, and over these days, we saw dozens of wildlife species. It was an amazing experience.
The price is reasonable and we are satisfied with the tour itself. One suggestion for improvement: communication was slow at the initial stage, mainly due to time difference, language and cultural gaps. We recommend your agency prepare a PDF document summarizing pricing for groups of 2, 3, 4 people as well as shared group tours, detailed daily itineraries and tipping guidelines. This will make information clear to clients and cut down repeated communications greatly.
The guide’s professionalism is beyond reproach. We hope your agency can further improve your service processes. Thank you!
