Lovely nature and tour, but rather badly organized
Unfortunately I can't give a rating that is too well.
First of all, we booked this tour as it promised an early-morning gamedrive in Amboseli, which unfortunately did not happen. When reaching out to the office, they did not even apologize.
Moreover, the organization of the tour was rather bad. It always took forever dropping all the people of at the different camps, and the people were told super weird times for pickup. The next camp was not even 5 min away from ours, but they told them to be ready 20 min later than us. So no wonder that we then had to wait for 15 min at there camp.
Moreover, during our trip, basically all the people changed in between, so you always had new people join in.
Also the end was quite annonying, as everyone was brought to their hotel in Nairobi, instead of bringing everyone to the office first, and then bringing them to the hotels from there (as was done on the first day).

Everything was excellent. Very hard to beat.
It was an unforgettable 5-day tour. The choice of campsites and hotels, the activities... The service was superb, very attentive. I want to give a special mention to our driver, Dennis. Congratulations on your work and thank you so much for how you treated me and your patience with my English. It was like being with a friend. Thank you.

Amazing Experience with the best Guide
I went on a six day safari (Maasai Mara, Nakuru NP, Amboseli NP) with Jungle Roam Safaris and it was a great experience. Everything was outstanding: the fast responses to all my questions, the great accomodations, the delicious food, the Game drives, the overall organization and without doubt the best guide Caleb. He went above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience for us. His dedication and knowledge is truly special.
I can recommend going on safari with jungle roam 1000%.

Top driving, top view, top personality.
Overall worth it, saw a lot of wildlife, the guide Caleb is very professional and nice, we saw rhinos that were hard to see and saw lions very close up.

Nice warmhearted
Caleb is a great guide and very professional. He always give us good introduction about the animals and he can drive to the animal location very quickly. So I think we are more lucky than other groups and see more.

Brilliant Safari Trip with guide Kikitu
We had an incredible tour with Kikitu. The company's organization was excellent, everything ran smoothly. The accommodations were fine, the food was good; good value for money.
But Kikitu made the trip unforgettable with his infectious good humor at all times. His main goal was to ensure we had a great time and to show us as much as possible. Thanks to his experience, he made it possible not only to see the Big Five, but also countless other animals like the serval cat or a cheetah. He was always in the right place at the right time. His love and passion for his job was always evident. Thank you for that! We highly recommend JungleRoam :-)

Convenience
JungleRoam was quick and responsive from the beginning. Chesi did a great job communicating about all the options and prices that we can access to. They were really good adjusting to our needs even giving us a gluten-free diet. Once the journey started, we couldn’t ask for a better driver than Ken. He was very kind, always aware of our needs and willing to wake up early to contemplate the sunrise as the first ones in the different parks. I highly recommend SafariRoam and Ken as a driver.

Breathtaking Experience with Expert Guid
The safari was amazing thanks to our guid Joshua! He was an expert on the animals, the nature and was very passionate about his work. Thanks to him we saw so many of what mother nature had to offer. He took the time to make sure we have the best experience and was very knowledgeable. We took the non-fancy option for the accommodations and they were fine, you are mostly on game drives or commuting anyways. The people working there were super friendly and helpful. Also imo the extra boat ride is 100% worth the investment!
I will forever cherish the memories from these 4 days Safari experience!

Breathtaking safari with expert guide Joshua
The Safari was an excellent experience. Game drives where fantastic as we got very close to all the wildlife in the Maasai Mara and at Nakuru Lake. Our Guide Joshua was a passionate expert, who loved to share his knowledge and answered all our questions perfectly.
Accommodations and food were not fancy but fine.
I can definitely recommend booking this tour!
