Excellent
My guide was excellent at being on time and answer any questions I asked. He helped us with getting a great understanding of the nature around us. All of the activities were fun and engaging. Would definitely recommend.

The travel agency provided us with a lot of travel suggestions and reasonable pricing for the itinerary, which we can communicate with through WeChat. The guide arranged a pick-up service from the moment we got off the plane, and now we are also being escorted by the guide. The whole process was very reassuring and safe. On the way to Safari, the guide kept looking for many animals for us, and we were very happy the whole time，I will introduce this travel agency to our friends

Amazing Safari
We had an excellent time on the safari. Our driver, Robin, was very kind and we were thrilled to see all of the Big Five. The 4x4 vehicle was comfortable and in great condition, which made the experience even better. We had an amazing adventure and I would definitely recommend this safari.
Suggestion for improvement: It would have been helpful if Robin was more communicative—explaining the itinerary, upcoming stops, and sharing more information throughout the day would enhance the experience even more.

Excellent, Organized, and Expert Guide!
Jungleroam Safaris proved to be a fantastic experience from start to finish. I travelled with my three teenagers, adult child, and mother, and they accommodated us completely.
The itinerary provided multiple experiences including plenty of game drives, a boat ride, bike ride and hike, village tour, and nature walk.
The accommodations were great and comfortable. The food was good and filling. But the best part was our tour guide Joshua.
Joshua is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable on the nature, history, and culture of Kenya. He’s earned a silver medal qualification as a guide which is the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree plus extra certificates. His professionalism was evident throughout our entire 8 day trip. He was on time, very personable, willing to answer all of our questions, and was willing to be flexible as needed. He was great at finding animals in the parks, but was at the same time very respectful of their space, and park rules. It is clear he’s been doing this line of work for many years and knows the best spots and the right people to make the trip memorable. I highly recommend this company and you should definitely request Joshua.
