Amazing Guide and Great Safari Experience
I booked my safari through Jungleroam Safaris. Their communication was prompt and responsive, although some parts of the arrangement could be improved.
For example, the pick-up time for going to the office, making the payment, and meeting the rest of the group was not very well coordinated. My pick-up was late, which meant both I and the other group members had to wait. I also joined a balloon safari and had to wait quite a while for my guide to pick me up afterward. More precise coordination would make the overall experience smoother.
That said, our guide David was excellent. He is professional, knowledgeable, proactive, and punctual. He explained not only the animals we saw, but also shared interesting information about local tribes, villages, landscapes, animal behavior, and the ecosystem.
He was also very proactive in communicating with other guides and gathering information, which gave us more chances to see lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Thanks to his experience and effort, we were able to complete the Big Five and learn much more about the animals and their behavior during our safari.
Regarding the accommodation, it would be helpful if guests were reminded in advance to bring personal toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, and towels. A small light or headlamp would also be useful, as the tents can be quite dark at night.
Overall, I had a very good safari experience and would recommend Jungleroam Safaris, especially David as a guide, to anyone considering a safari.

Well-organized Safari with Room for Minor Improvements
The overall safari tour arranged by Jungleroam Safaris was very well-organized. My 5D4N itinerary included a 1.5-day game drive in Masai Mara, a half-day in Lake Nakuru, and a boat trip in Lake Naivasha, all of which were great experiences. There is one logistical issue to note: on the first day, I had to wait for 3 hours before departure. This felt like a waste of valuable time and could definitely be managed better to improve the customer experience.
My tour guide, Elias, was extremely responsible and friendly. He did his absolute best to handle all arrangements smoothly and ensure we were well taken care of. The experience would have been even better if he had shared more in-depth knowledge about the wildlife during the drives. Hearing more about the animals' behaviors would have helped us gain a deeper understanding of the local ecology.
Overall, considering the competitive pricing and the full itinerary, it delivered unmatched value for money, and I truly appreciate the team's effort.

Professional guide
Value for money was excellent—we saw lions, elephants, and more without overspending. They were reliable: punctual pickups, well-kept vehicles, and a smooth itinerary. The tour itself was memorable, with beautiful parks, stunning landscapes, and good pacing. Our guide, Simba, was knowledgeable, and professional, spotting wildlife we would have missed. Overall a trustworthy, enjoyable safari. The trip felt safe and well organized, and we returned with amazing memories.

Caxstone was a skilled and careful driver who handled the rough tracks very well, though the agency
Caxstone was a good game drive guide and driver. He handled the vehicle well, especially on the rough roads and tracks, and we always felt safe during the drives. He was also patient and professional throughout the trip.
There was some confusion regarding the hot air balloon schedule, as the time communicated by the booking agency was different from the actual arrangement, and we were not informed of the change in advance. This was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication from the agency.
That said, Caxstone himself was helpful and did a good job during the game drives.

We chose a good-value package and felt it was definitely worth the money. Jules was a great guide, knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure we had a fantastic safari experience. Really responsive and experienced guide but little times
Our guide Francis was extremely knowledgeable about the park and very skilled in identifying and accessing the locations to identify the animals that we really wanted to see. He knows most of the park rangers and other guides who give him a heads up on which animals are where. He was also a safe and responsable driver throughout the trip. The only down points were 1) the more than hour delay in picking us up at our hotel by Jungle Safari and putting us initially with a very irresponsible and dangerous driver by the name of Ben who was making constant phone calls and weaving in and out of heavy traffic in Nairobi and 2) the third day was not a full day at all and we had to leave our hotel at 7 am to return to briefly visit a masai village and then return to Nairobi.
