I am a tourist from China. Jungleroma arranges everything very well and does not make guests worry. They take good care of the tourists during the who
This trip found that there were quite a lot of young people at Junglerom Safari. If you like young people from all over the world to get together, chat, and learn about different countries, this is the first choice.

Amazing, Raheem Mwema made me feel confortable from the beginning!!
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for joining me on the Safari Trip to Masai Mara!
I really enjoy the trip, raheem answered all our questions about the big five and explained much about the reserve.
Highly recommended!!

7 days Masai Mara/Nakuru/Navisha/Amboseli
We had a fantastic experience overall and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible tour guide, David. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind throughout the entire trip. He went out of his way to make sure all eight of us were comfortable and happy, constantly checking in and doing his best to accommodate everyone’s needs. We had some challenging individuals in our tour group and he remained professional and upbeat. His enthusiasm and attention to detail made the safari memorable and I would absolutely recommend David as a guide.
The tour itself was exceptional value for money and very reasonably priced, especially considering the range of experiences included.
That said, I do feel that some aspects of the tour organisation could be improved. A hotel I had booked and paid a deposit for was changed at the last minute due to an office error, which was disappointing. On our first morning, we were collected at 7:30 a.m. but then spent nearly two hours at the booking office waiting for other clients which wasn’t and an ideal start to the trip.
We also found that a significant amount of our time was spent waiting around for other people. While it’s understandable that travellers have different interests, our group included people with very different itineraries, lengths of stay and destinations. This meant frequent detours to pick up or drop off other guests, which slowed everything down and wasted lots of time.
I would humbly suggest that the company consider grouping travellers with similar itineraries and durations together, or perhaps introducing fixed departure days. This would make the tours run more smoothly and ensure that guests make the most of their time and illuminate logistical errors. For example, we arrived at Nakuru National Park at 6:30 a.m. but had to wait nearly two hours before entry because the office had booked the tickets for the wrong day. These kinds of organisational errors really added up and I genuinely believe that with better planning, the entire itinerary could have been done comfortably in 6 days and 5 nights rather than the 7 days we spent.
Overall, we had a great trip and David was absolutely outstanding. With some improvements to the logistics and scheduling, this tour could easily go from good to exceptional.

Kind, professional, great driver, and great animal spotter!
We enjoyed our 4 day tour with James who made sure we could see the big and ugly 5, and all the other spectacular animals and birds. He shared both his knowledge about the animals and different areas of Kenya with us. He was very kind and made sure we got to soak in all the beautiful sights the entire journey. We would be happy to book with him again.

8 days Masai Mara/Nakuru/Navisha/Amboseli
The JungleRoam safari was good value for money. Seeing the animals in their natural habitat was spectacular, making it worth the long drive.
Our driver and guide, Albert, did everything possible to ensure we saw all the animals in the different parks and reserves. This allowed us to see all the Big 5. However, we missed Albert's ability to be more communicative, as he often gave limited information about the animals. His driving skills were excellent despite the poor road conditions, heavy truck traffic, and frequent phone calls.
The SUV was an 8-seater Toyota Land Cruiser, similar to most other companies. It's worth noting that several seats in the car had broken seatbelts, and despite our reporting and requesting that they be fixed, as we had long drives on roads and tracks ahead of us, we were ignored.
We also hired a Spanish-speaking guide named Moses, who served as our co-pilot, to give us interesting information about the animals. His treatment was friendly, and on the first day he accompanied us to the bank to withdraw money and shared his mobile internet connection with us. His Spanish level was adequate, although he probably needs to continue improving his understanding of conversations, as he often resorted to saying "Yes, yes" when he didn't understand. We felt that on several occasions communication failed, either by giving us incorrect information or by not providing it regarding important logistical aspects. Furthermore, we had the feeling that he simply translated what Albert was saying, and we were constantly having to ask him questions.
We upgraded our Masai Mara hotel (Jambo Mara Safari Lodge), a fact we appreciated when comparing it to other travelers' basic camps. We noticed improvements in the room, hot water, and especially in the restaurant, which had a wide variety (it was the best of the entire trip), although the food boxes for the excursions were scarce and even worse than those in the basic accommodations. We chose the basic hotels for the rest of the hotels, and they met our expectations. Although the meals were repetitive and basic, we assume this is a common occurrence given the low prices.

It is a real travel agency with high efficiency, fast reply and reasonable arrangement.
Super cost-effective! Every day is full of joy. We contacted the travel agency by email and soon got a reply, and it was a very detailed answer. The boss Chesi will use WeChat to keep in touch with us at any time. After paying the deposit, he soon gave us a confirmation letter to apply for an electronic visa, which made people feel very at ease. On the day of arrival, a staff member waited for us at the airport with a sign with my name on it, and then took us to his travel agency office to pay the final payment. Then we met a super super super good guide - Kikitu. We spent a very pleasant 7 days and 6 nights together in Kenya. He was able to quickly find animals, including lions, leopards, hippos, rhinos, crocodiles and other hard-to-see animals. In addition, because of his previous good deeds, the people we met in the village of Marseille would basically greet him, which is enough to see how good he is. 🥹 He is very considerate and takes good care of us. When we fall asleep, he will slow down when we pass the bumpy road and drive very steadily. When he encounters dust, he will shake the car window and always pay attention to whether we are happy, and will also help us say no to bad people. He likes to dance afro. Our carriage is always full of laughter and music. We have become good friends during the trip. In a word, I feel really lucky to meet Jungleroam and Kikitu. There are no regrets about this trip. It's really unforgettable! 🥰🤩😝🥳😭
