The trip of our life with Loren African Safaris
Doing a safari with Loren African Safaris has without a doubt been the best decision and one of the most incredible experiences of my life. From the very first moment, they took care of every detail and everything we needed.
Our guide Joseph was outstanding. He knew absolutely everything about the animals and had an impressive ability to spot them, even when they were hidden in the grass. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the wildlife to the fullest and learn so much during every drive. Whenever we told him we wanted to see a particular animal, he wouldn’t stop until he found it and made sure we had the best views.
The accommodations they arranged exceeded all our expectations: both at Mvuli Lodge and Haven Migration Camp we had a wonderful experience, with excellent service and top quality. The food was always abundant and delicious, both at the lodges and in the lunch boxes during the safari.
The safari vehicles are perfectly equipped with a pop-up roof to enjoy the views, power outlets to charge devices, and even a small fridge to keep drinks cold. Everything was designed so we could make the most of the experience!
We also spent one day hiking to Materuni Waterfalls. The walk itself is beautiful, and when you finally reach the big waterfall at the end, it’s truly breathtaking. And if you’re brave enough, like I was, you can even take a swim – though the water is quite cold as it comes directly from Mount Kilimanjaro.
After the safari, we also organized a few relaxing days in Zanzibar with them, and once again everything was perfect: punctual transfers and a beachfront accommodation with spectacular views.

Kilimanjaro/Safari
We booked a Kilimanjaro tour, safari, and Zanzibar stay with Loren African Safaris – everything was good organized. Mr. Loren listened to our wishes during the planning and was always helpful.
The Kilimanjaro tour was a complete success. The guides and the entire team were fantastic – very attentive, motivated, and clearly committed to making sure we felt comfortable and made it to the top safely.
The safari tour was just as amazing. Our guide was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He helped us spot animals and always managed to get us close for the best views. It was a truly unforgettable experience.
Zanzibar was also well arranged, and communication with Mr. Loren was always smooth.

Every
Loren African Safaris gave us an unforgettable experience.
When we decided to go on a safari, we contacted many companies and chose Loren African Safaris because they offered the best itinerary and price. Benjamin organized a five-day safari for us (Taranguire, Northern Serengeti, Central Serengeti, and Ngorongoro), an excursion to Materuni Waterfalls, and four days in Zanzibar. They had everything perfectly organized: all accommodations, meals, schedules, and transfers from the airport to the hotel. We didn't have to worry about a thing.
The safari experience is unforgettable. Our guide, Joseph, knew the parks perfectly and how to find the animals. He adapted to us at all times, always stopping if we asked him to and not continuing without first asking us. We are very grateful to him.
The car was perfectly equipped with a refrigerator, phone charging outlets, a pop-up roof, and more. We loved the food, even the lunch in the parks. They always gave us plenty of food (there was always chicken or meat in sauce, rice, vegetables, and pasta).

Safari Tour
I participated in a safari tour covering the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Arusha National Park, and Matani Falls. It was an amazing tour where I observed numerous animals across diverse environments. Though it was my first time camping in tents, sleeping amidst the savanna was an incredible experience. I could always reach Mr. Loren via WhatsApp, so I felt reassured whenever I had questions.

Wonderful experience
We did a four day Safari and it was great. They always responded quickly and took care of everything, from meals to places to stay and other fees. We visited Taraguire, Serengeti and Ngorongo and our driver was superb. He was always assisting us with explaining and teaching us about every animal we found. He was also really good at spotting hidden animals that we would have otherwise missed and always stopped the apropriate time to appreciate the nature and animals. Thanks to him we spotted and took photos of the big five and much more. Overall it was great and I really recommend to newly wedded couples like us.

4 days with friends Manyara - Serengeti - Ngorongoro
This is my second trip to Tanzania and the first for my friends. There were five of us women, and we were lucky enough to go on safari with Gela from Loren's agency. During those four days, we visited Lake Manyara, Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater.
We don't even know how to thank Gela enough for his kindness, his thoughtfulness, and all the knowledge he shared with us. It was a truly memorable experience. Thank you all!

Wonderful Family Safari Experience
We had an excellent experience with Loren African Safaris. From the very beginning, Loren was highly responsive and attentive to our needs while planning the trip. We enjoyed a fantastic four-day safari, with outstanding accommodation and delicious food throughout our stay.
Our guide, Ally, was exceptional—extremely knowledgeable, a safe and confident driver, and especially kind and patient with our two young children, which meant a great deal to us as a family. Thanks to him, we were fortunate to see all of the Big Five, along with many other incredible wildlife encounters.

A memorable safari!
I’m writing this just after finishing our safari, tired but happy after a beautiful experience in Tarangire, Ndutu, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. From the day we first contacted Loren, we were met with friendliness and professionalism; Loren answered all our questions very quickly to make sure we were booking the right safari. Our guide, Ally, was equally good. He had studied wildlife management and so had plenty of facts about all the parks and animals, and he was very good at spotting them from a distance. It was clear that he really wanted to give us a good experience - and he did! The highlight of the trip by far was seeing a cheetah hunt, but we also saw all of the big 5, plus many many other animals. Each park has very different landscapes and animals so each day was unique, but Ndutu was particularly special and where we saw the most animals. Thank you to Loren and Ally for a wonderful trip!

Holiday of a Lifetime
My wife and I booked a safari and beach holiday through Loren. We brought our 3 year old son and 6 year old daughter. The whole trip really was an incedible experience and Loren made the whole holiday run so smoothly. He put togther a really tailer made trip for us. Offering a rang of budget to mid to high range options we could then choose according to our budget.
The safari itself was a wonderfull experience. Ally, our guide, picked us up from our hotel in a jeep decked out for safari trips. Individual seats in the back, roof that opened up for viewing the wildlife all the better. We all loved him straight away. He was really great with the kids and helped us recover a lost bag in the airport on the way to the first park. Nothing was too much hassle for him. He was also a really safe driver which was important for us with young kids. He was also a very skilled off road driver too which is also pretty important when your driving around the parks.
We did a 4 day safari through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorogoro conservation area. We saw the big 5 and much more. Ally was very good at spotting animals and seemed to have a nack for parking in the perfect spot. A pride of lions walked right across the front of our jeep one day which was really something.
The food on the safari is really worth noting. It was traditional Tanazanian food and some of the nicest food I ate on the trip. There was no shortage of drinks in the jeep and wine to enjoy with our lunch.
We really enjoyed the trip. I would highly recommend Loren for a safari tour. I would also recommend using Loren for arranging your trip to Zanzibar. He had everything organised so seemlessly and it's nice to know he's there for you if you have any issues along the way.
