Irene is really nice and helpful in organizing an individual tour. She is working with different tour operators and is answering all questions in advance or during the tour.
With my individual 9 days tour, I could join different tours with others. It was a one time experience and I really enjoyed it. I can recommend this agency 100%.

Our guide Mike was Five Stars. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. Highly recommend.
We booked the 10-Day Private Luxury Beach and Night Game drive Safari. Mike, our guide is the Big 6. We looked forward to seeing him as much as The Big 5. We learned a lot about the animals, major landmarks and the terrain.

We have only completed the safari portion of the trip. We are only on day 6. We fly out to Zanzibar on tomorrow.
I give 5 stars to Mike and the entire safari experience. Unfortunately, we received a contract that explicitly stated all drinks, except alcoholic beverages were covered. When we got to the second accommodation, we were advised that we had to pay for non alcoholic drinks. It wasn’t until I brought this up to Unveiled, received pushback despite the contract and paying for drinks on the second day, that the matter resolved. This significant oversight is why I gave 4 stars for the overall rating.
