Amazing experience
I had a really good time and it was an amazing experience seeing the animals in their natural habitat. I booked a day trip, but we started the game drive around 4pm, which limited how much we could see—I only managed to spot two of the Big Five. It would be great if they could adjust their timings for day visitors so there's more time to explore. Overall, it was still a memorable experience, and the guide was fairly okay.

We appreciate your feedback about the timing of the game drive. Since this was a shared day safari, the group arrived around midday just in time for lunch which is why the game drive started in the afternoon. We aim to balance comfort and coordination for all guests, and sometimes this affects the amount of time available in the park.
That said, your suggestion is valuable, and we'll continue improving our shared safari logistics. For future guests seeking more time in the park, we always recommend our private or early-start full-day safaris.

Metarai Safari are very reliable in that they keep reaching out to you with information that make you better undertand what you booking. They are patient and will keep trying to reach out to the client, even when at times it gets so busy to follow up, but they able to make time and reach out to you.

Well everything you hear about them is true. They are very reliable and efficient. They made my stay in Kenya 🇰🇪 amazing I enjoyed the safari. The tour operator was exceptional. We were well taken off with my family. Highly recommendable.

I have been using Meterai for two years now, they are extremely customer centric and organized!
I keep going back because of the value for money. I travel locally thrice an year and internationally once every year and they have been my go to for the last three years.
They are organised, have the best client service and are very flexible incase you need a certain adjustment.
