Fastest response for communication and best quality program with reasonable price
I contacted about 20 number of company and tried to make deal with them.
Among them, the Kiliclimb is always the fastest for responding. and they considered our previous/post schedule kindly. They also suggested good option for total safari schedule.

Also all the hotel(Ndutu Safari Lodge and Karatu Villas Lodge) was very perfect, which the Kiliclimb suggested me. Our family are all fully satisfied.
Especially, our guide Rogan is very professional and has huge responsibility. Our family has 2 kids and Rogan always consider our kids condition and very friendly with them for 4days.
He is very active for showing us more animals and he took many beautiful pictures for my family. Really appreciate Rogan.

They care a lot about guest having a good experience
The tour was great. We have managed to see all big 5 animals and pleanty others. The guides are good at spotting animals. The cook we had with us was also great and I had some of the best dinners of my life.

A memory they made we will treasure forever
Absolutely unforgettable safari with Kilickimb, we did the Carter and tarangire and it was breathtaking. The lodges advised were amazing. The food served at lunch was not what you would expect on a safari. Moses went above and beyond and Logan our guides exoeryise and warmth and amazing knowledge made every moment a memory we will turkey treasure forever. I would recommend Kiliclimb 1000%!

Amazing Experience
Our safari with Kiliclimb has been one of the best experiences of my life. From the staff, the guide, the hospitality, I cannot say this enough, you should book with them! Everything was seamless, excellent communication and Naite was lovely and helped make the trip everything we wished for.
We saw leopards, lions, cheetah, and not one but 4 black rhino which are endangered! Each camp we stayed at was amazing and would recommend Kiliclimb to anyone looking to do a safari.

A company and guide that couldn't be more perfect
I pestered Naite with so many questions about the tour, but she was always friendly and responsive. The vehicle, accommodation, and program were all excellent. And our guide, Logan, was our big lucky charm on this trip. He was very knowledgeable about nature, history, and the region, and he was friendly and easy to understand. He's one of the world's best game drivers, and he's also a fantastic photographer. Thanks to our great guide Logan, we found all the Big 5! If we ever travel to the Serengeti again, we'll choose Kiliclimb Africa Safaris without hesitation.

The best guide ever
We had an absolutely amazing safari experience, and our guide Ombeni made it truly unforgettable.
He is an excellent driver who made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire journey. What impressed us the most was his incredible ability to spot animals — often before anyone else noticed them. His knowledge about wildlife and nature is outstanding, and his explanations were always clear, informative, and easy to understand.
He managed the schedule perfectly, making sure we had enough time at every spot without feeling rushed.
On top of that, he is a fantastic photographer and helped us take many great photos, making sure we captured special moments we would have otherwise missed. He is also extremely kind, patient, and thoughtful, always checking that we were enjoying the experience.
Thanks to Ombeni, our safari was not just a tour, but a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend requesting Ombeni as your guide if possible. You will not regret it.

Ombeni was an excellent driver and guide — very safe, well-organized, and incredibly good at spotting animals. Wonderful Taznzania safari tour
Our safari through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was a dream come true. It was 4 amazing days. A huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Neiman. He is an expert tracker with a sharp eye - he helped us spot the Big Five and shared so much knowledge about the animals and the landscape.
Moses, the owner, helped us a lot planning this trip and was very kind and patient.
We were also very impressed with the organization. The food was great throughout the trip, which kept us going through our long game drives. If you’re planning a trip to Tanzania, we highly recommend Kiliclimb company and specifically asking for Neiman as your guide!

Available, experienced but pay attention to the details in quotation pdf
Wonderful trip and incredible experience. None of this would have been possible without Logan, who perfectly integrated into our family and was available for any request or information we had. Guide and knowledge of the place were perfect.
One note: once you receive the pdf of your trip quotation, read it carefully, comma by comma, even if you've agreed on everything via email. We had some misunderstandings about this, which initially cost us an extra 900 USD (for 5 people). After a long conversation with Kiliclimb, despite them admitting their mistake, we received a partial refund of 700 USD

Regarding the misunderstanding with the quotation, we would like to clarify that, after reviewing everything together, we came to the conclusion that the error occurred on both sides, At the time, you were understandably busy and did not have the chance to review the PDF quotation in detail as you stated , which led to a misunderstanding about the difference between the Day drive fee and the night game drive activity. This lack of clarity caused confusion on both ends.
Despite this, and in the spirit of fairness and good customer care, we discussed the matter openly with you and proceeded with a partial refund of USD 700 , which we hope demonstrated our commitment to resolving the situation responsibly.
Concerning the night game drive in Tarangire, we would also like to clarify that this activity is normally not short ( it’s usually 3 to 4 hours and usually allows for deeper exploration of the park. However, as you are aware, the drive was shortened on that particular evening due to your mother feeling unwell, and for her comfort and well-being, the safari had to be concluded earlier than planned.
We truly appreciate your understanding in that moment, as the health and safety of our guests always come first.

Professional and Goes the Extra Mile!
Our family booked a 7-day safari with Kiliclimb from Serengeti through multiple parks to Kilimanjaro. Naite and Moses were so responsive via email and WhatsApp, and they created a custom plan for us that accommodated a lot of moving parts: special diets, an old and a young traveler, concerns about civil unrest in the country during our trip, and two people dropping out last minute. They worked with us to choose a route and accommodations that we liked best, within our budget. We were given a very detailed PDF (and packing list!) that gave us a huge sense of relief that we knew what to expect. Ombeni was our extremely knowledgeable and very friendly guide, and we are all incredibly grateful for the ways he made this an unforgettable trip for us! Not only is he an expert on the animals and parks, which we soon realized meant we were seeing EVERYTHING we wanted to see because of his expertise, but he truly went above and beyond in making this the adventure we wanted. He also had a great sense of humor, amazing camera skills, was always looking out for our safety, and gave us so much cultural insight into the country as we traveled. We honestly can’t say enough good things about Ombeni and the rest of the Kiliclimb team who helped us. (A special thanks to Ombeni and Naite for helping us navigate some TIGHT airport check-in situations!!!!!!)
