A dream safari made perfect by Kiliclimb’s caring team and our amazing guide Terry.
Seeing wild animals in the Serengeti has been my lifelong dream. When my husband said we could go there for our honeymoon, I basically planned the whole trip and brought him along with me.
Choosing the safari company was the most important decision for me, so I spent a lot of time researching. I discovered Kiliclimb Africa Safaris through a Korean travel blog and contacted them for a quote. They offered several itinerary options and the pricing was very reasonable, which made me feel comfortable booking with them.
When we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport, a Kiliclimb driver was already waiting for us and took us directly to our hotel in Arusha. After such a long international flight, it was really nice not having to figure out transportation or explain directions.
At the hotel, Moses from the Kiliclimb team came to personally welcome us and explain the upcoming itinerary. He also gave us gifts including a Maasai blanket, a hat, and a Kiliclimb t-shirt. It was such a thoughtful welcome.
From Arusha we flew by small plane to Serengeti and met our guide Terry. Because we were on our honeymoon, he even prepared champagne and put a “Just Married” tire cover on the safari vehicle. It was a small gesture but it made the experience feel even more special.
During the safari we saw so many animals: lions, elephants, buffalo, cheetahs, monkeys, impalas and even a leopard. Seeing them in the wild with my own eyes felt surreal.
One of the most unforgettable moments happened at night in our tent camp. We could hear lions walking outside the tent. It was a little scary but also incredibly exciting, because it made the Serengeti feel so real.
I also enjoyed learning some Swahili during the trip. Terry happily taught us words and phrases and it made the experience even more fun.
The Kiliclimb office team also checked on us every day to make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable with the guide.
This safari truly fulfilled a lifelong dream for me. It became one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life and I would absolutely recommend Kiliclimb Africa Safaris to anyone planning a trip to Serengeti.

Professional team, incredible wildlife sightings, and the most caring safari guide we could imagine.
We discovered Kiliclimb Africa Safaris through a Korean travel blogger and contacted them for a quote. They offered several itinerary options and gave us a very reasonable proposal, which made us feel confident about booking with them.
When we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport in Tanzania, a Kiliclimb driver was already waiting to pick us up and take us directly to our hotel in Arusha. We didn’t have to worry about finding a taxi, explaining directions, or contacting the agency after arrival. Everything was arranged smoothly and we could simply relax after a long flight.
At the hotel, Moses personally came to welcome us. He explained our upcoming itinerary and even brought us welcome gifts – a Maasai blanket, a hat, and a Kiliclimb t-shirt. The quality of the gifts was surprisingly good and it immediately showed how much care they put into their guests.
We flew from Arusha to Serengeti by small plane, and that’s where we finally met our guide, Terry. He greeted us with champagne and even installed a “Just Married” tire cover on the back of our safari vehicle for our honeymoon. It was such a small but thoughtful gesture, and it made the entire safari feel even more special.
Terry took incredible care of us throughout the trip. He always searched for the best picnic spots and clearly had great relationships with staff at the lodges and park areas, which made the experience even smoother.
The most important part of a safari is wildlife sightings, and we saw an incredible amount of animals. We saw leopards three times, including one eating its prey. We watched a lioness nursing her cubs right next to our vehicle. We also saw four lionesses working together to hunt wildebeest – and even watched them walk back after a failed hunt.
Rhinos are known to be one of the hardest animals to see in Serengeti, but Terry managed to show us rhinos three times. One time we even saw five rhinos together in the distance.
We also saw huge buffalo herds, elephants eating grass and playing with their trunks, and groups of elephants crossing roads and rivers together. Other animals we encountered included cheetahs, dik-diks, warthogs, snakes, vultures, monkeys, impalas, and topis.
Seeing wildlife is partly luck, but the guide’s skill is extremely important. Even if an animal is nearby, most people wouldn’t notice it without an experienced guide. Terry had an incredible eye. At one point he spotted only the tail of a leopard hidden in a tree and managed to guide us to see the entire animal.
I asked many questions during the safari – about animals, insects, and nature – and Terry answered everything with deep knowledge and enthusiasm.
Meanwhile, the Kiliclimb office team checked in with us every day. They asked how we were feeling, whether everything was going well with the guide, and if we needed anything. Whenever we arrived at a lodge or destination, we received a message confirming everything was okay. It really felt like they truly cared.
Moses told us on the first day to think of Kiliclimb as family, and throughout the trip they truly treated us that way.
Terry also took many photos and videos for us, and even joined our funny Instagram reel moments. Those small interactions created wonderful memories.
I know many Korean travelers carefully research safari companies and share their experiences. The fact that so many Koreans choose Kiliclimb speaks for the quality of their service.
I strongly recommend Kiliclimb Africa Safaris. Our honeymoon safari became one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives thanks to them.

Kiliclimb Delivered an Unforgettable, Stress-Free Safari Adventure
My experience with Kiliclimb was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. A special mention goes to Naite, who checked in with us every single evening to personally ask about our day — this thoughtful touch made us feel truly heard and valued throughout the trip. The dedication didn’t end there; at the conclusion of our tour, Naite even came to our hotel to sit down and gather detailed feedback, demonstrating how much they care about improving and tailoring their services. Everything ran smoothly and reliably — no surprises, just pure joy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a professional, warm, and truly guest-focused adventure.

★★★★★ An Unforgettable Valentine’s Day on the Roof of Africa
Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with Kiliclimb was truly one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life.
I was on a solo trek, and from the very beginning, Moses made sure I was completely taken care of. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, which gave me the confidence to fully enjoy the journey.
My guide, Baraka, was exceptional — professional, encouraging, patient, and somehow able to make even the toughest moments enjoyable. We laughed, we paced strategically, and we made it to the top strong.
The Charity Hotel before and after the trek was lovely and welcoming — the perfect place to rest and prepare. The food both at the hotel and on the mountain was absolutely delicious (and plentiful!). No need to pack snacks — they truly have you covered.
I was also pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the provided sleeping pad was — I slept like a baby every single night.
And then… summit morning.
Reaching the top at 8:09 a.m. on Valentine’s Day was surreal and emotional beyond words.
As if that wasn’t special enough, Moses had prepared a Valentine’s Day card for me. That thoughtful touch meant more than I can say.
Kiliclimb doesn’t just guide you up a mountain — they create an experience filled with care, encouragement, and heart.
If you’re considering Kilimanjaro, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Professional, friendly, and inspiring team
Kiliclimb was an excellent company to work with for hiking Kilimanjaro and exceeded all expectations. Moses and the team provided clear and ongoing communication leading up to our arrival, and made us feel welcome as soon as we landed in Tanzania. Our group was well supported by a team of friendly, kind, and supportive experts in mountain travel. While there are no guarantees when it comes to weather and summit conditions, the guides did everything in their power to ensure we stayed healthy, happy, and confident throughout our journey. I would highly recommend working with Kiliclimb for your trip!

So kind, safe, & fun!
SO glad our group chose Kiliclimb. Moses was always available to chat on WhatsApp heading intro the trip. During the trek, all of our guides & porters went out of their way to make the experience special for us. They made sure we were fed, hydrated, in a good mindset, and safe. And the food... Oh my gosh! Couldn't believe how good it was. We were so "happy happy" on the mountain! Thank you Moses and team

Kiliclimb provided the best experience and full support on all the process.
Kiliclimb was really the best choice we made. From the first moment, assisting with all the queries, and adjusting to last minute plans. Janeth was ready to assist us 24/7 and Moses was the kindest once our luggage got lost and he helped us sorting it out. Also Aiubu, our driver, who picked us from the airport very very early morning, and spend the last day with us giving all the details about the city and Chagga people. The best value for money indeed and absolutely reliable.

Excellent company, magnificent experience with them, all well organised and communicated
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kiliclimb Africa Safaris while planning our Kilimanjaro climb and safari in Tanzania.
From the very beginning, their communication, explanations, and offers were excellent compared to other companies we contacted. They answered all our questions promptly and clearly. The package offered great value for money and included everything we needed: detailed information about what to bring for Kilimanjaro and safari, airport pickup, and two nights of accommodation before our trek.
The owner personally met us several times throughout our journey - before the trekking started, after we completed Kilimanjaro, before our safari at 5:30 am, and again after the safari before our flight. This level of care and personal attention made us feel truly looked after from start to finish.
The team met us in person the day after our arrival to explain all procedures and carefully check our equipment and clothing. The Kilimanjaro crew was outstanding - always making sure we were feeling well and comfortable. The food was delicious, very tasty, and well prepared.
We completed the 6-day climb via the Marangu Route and slept comfortably in huts. For most of the trek, it was just the two of us in the hut. Only on the last night did we share due to the number of climbers, but the hut was spacious and we still had plenty of room. The singing and the atmosphere were incredible. We truly felt like part of a family and were sad when the trek came to an end.
After the climb, the owner met us at the hotel and even personally took us to a pharmacy to get throat medicine - something he absolutely didn’t have to do. We were very grateful for that kindness.
Because of this amazing experience, we also booked a 2-day safari with them. We stayed overnight in beautiful accommodation with a swimming pool and enjoyed lovely food. We visited Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area and saw all the animals except the leopard, which is more commonly seen in Serengeti National Park. Our driver was excellent, and once again, we felt like family rather than clients. The price was very fair for everything we experienced.
After the safari, the owner also booked our flights to Zanzibar. When the airline cancelled our flight, he personally drove to the airport and arranged new tickets with another airline so we could still travel to Zanzibar City as planned. That level of dedication truly impressed us.
We highly recommend Kiliclimb Africa Safaris to anyone planning a Kilimanjaro climb and safari experience. Excellent communication, outstanding service, personal care, and fantastic value for money.
Kiliclimb -Asante Sana for everything and for making our trip so perfectly organized and unforgettable!

Local, organised, very kind
My husband and I (from the UK and Switzerland) went on a 5 day camping safari with kiliclimb (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara) and absolutely loved everything about it!
Kiliclimb is a local, family run buisness that hires locals and supports communities in Tanzania (for example by helping children access quality education - there is a lot of info on this on their website).
From the very first contact they were incredibly friendly, responsive and the organisation was very smooth! They organised beautiful campsites for us and we had delicious, local, freshly cooked food for lunch and dinner.
Terry, our guide, was a joy to be around. He clearly loves nature and all its animals and was excited to show us these magical places. He always made sure that we had everything we needed and got us little local snacks for the trip.
He is exceptionally good at getting you to the right place at the right time - we had many wonderful encounters with elephants, lions, leopards, baboons, hippos and so many more.
I highly recommend Kiliclimb and would definitely book a safari with them again.
Thank you Kiliclimb team for making this trip so special!
