We had the most fantastic support from Discover Africa. With all the travel restrictions and complications caused by the pandemic, Adelle was super flexible and helpful. The communication was excellent, and I always received speedy responses to my messages and questions. The quality of service was superb, particularly the expert knowledge of the Safari options in Botswana. The itinerary was put together taking into account our budget and at no point did I feel any pressure to exceed it. The tour itself was wonderful, excellent accommodation and activities based on our interests. While we were there, Adelle remained in touch throughout. The beauty of Botswana and it’s wildlife is an experience we will never forget. Thank you Discover Africa!

Megan W (Discover Africa) actively and proactively kept communications flowing with us during the pre-trip planning and leading up to the start of the trip itself. She even reached out during our trip to make sure we received communications from the airlines about changes to our domestic flights. We were very pleased with her attention to customer service and satisfaction. We spent a few days in Cape Town, and we were pleased with our accommodations and our day tours while there, all arranged by Megan and with very good value for the money. Additionally, Megan facilitated our flights to/from and our stay at Rattrays Camp on Mala Mala Game Reserve. What an incredible experience! Mala Mala exceeded our expectations in terms of accommodations, food and drink, staff, customer service, and the overall experience. Very high value for the money. Thank you, Megan and Discover Africa, for an amazing experience! We will definitely recommend you to others, and we will be returning customers when we are ready for our next adventure.

Very smooth travel
We booked trip 3 years ago and finally we made it. Thank you very much Alice and Judy, who organized our trip, everything is so smooth, regarding hotel, visa, PCR test, trasportation cross the country...we are very happy, it’s the best Safari we did.

Very bad experience with other travel agency... With Discover Africa short communication,good service and information to reduce costs. The tour from the beginning well organized, super camps, the tents perfect and cosy.
As I am travelling alone, there were no problems and I was just feeling fine with great staff...!

Andre was incredible, very efficient and extremely knowledgeable!
This was a surprise weekend getaway to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary! Andre made all the arrangements for our weekend down to letting our lodge know it was our anniversary. The lodge spoilt us with a rose petal bubble bath and bubbles to drink there in-such fun!!

We had planned to go in 2019 and then a COVID hit. Mathys Van Aswegqn from Discover Africa was with us all the way. 2 years! He planned the perfect Safari for us starting at Victoria Falls in Zambia. Every detail from transportation to lodging was perfect!!! Exceeded all expectations and is absolutely our favorite vacation ever and that includes Italy, France, Ireland! Discover Africa gives you the experience of a lifetime!!! If you plan one aske for Mathys van Aswegqn because he sincerely wants you to enjoy!!!

Adelle was amazing, arranging our last-minute holiday and making it simply superb!
We decided on a holiday to Uganda very last minute, so we had extremely little time to arrange it; international flights, domestic flights, hotel availability and visas all had to tie in and be arranged. Where all other tour operators backed out due to time constraints, Adelle took on the challenge and managed to not only arrange a superb multi-centre trip, but ticked every box we asked for. She was very communicative, ensuring we were updated at each stage and advised us on all the necessary requirements. She really couldn’t have done a better job. I highly recommend Adelle and will contact her for any future African holidays.
Uganda itself was superb; the people, the landscapes and of course, the nature. We will definitely be going back to see more of this wonderful country.

Susan at Discover Africa arranged an excellent tour.
Visited 2 &Beyond camps - Ngala Safari Camp in the Kruger National Park and Kirkman's Kamp in Sabi Sands. Both were excellent. At Ngala amazing siting of wild dog and hyena interaction, white lion of Timbavati, elephants (in the wild and drinking from the lodge pool), rhino, buffalo, hippos (only in water), leopard as well as impala, wildebeest, zebra, etc . Game was far more extensive at Sabi Sands where in addition to the above we also saw a cheetah and her cub and witnessed a kill. The food at Kirkman's Kamp was amazing. The staff at both lodges were excellent. The entire tour was very well arranged by Susan at Discover Africa.
