Nice, friendly and knows allot about animals, good English speaker.
It was a really nice tour, the guide was super friendly and nice, we saw elephants, lions and much more, he knew a lot of animals. He can speak English and French really good and also a bit German. I would recommend 1000%

Best Tour Operators
Had an incredible time in the off season. Managed to see a lot of wildlife with zero crowd. Very magical experience. Emmanuel is an expert guide who made sure we were comfortable throughout and shared detailed knowledge about the animals, fauna and history. Highly recommended

Profesional and caring team
Big thank you to Berngo Safaris for organising such a great 3 day tour. We’ve spent 2 amazing days on safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater. We were lucky to see Big Five. Everything was organised on a high level. On the 3rd day we had an exciting hike in Kilimanjaro village. In the end we saw a wonderful show of coffee making and we also had a chance to take part in its preparation. All these 3 days we enjoyed amazing food, super wonderful and picturesque overnight stays (in a beautiful lodge) and all this due to our amazing guides Ombeni, and local chagga guide Ernest. Without you guys we wouldn’t have had such a great experience. You are truly professionals. Highly recommended

Great experience thanks to our tour guide
Travelled in a family of four and had a fantastic safari thanks to the people at Berngo Safaris and especially our guide Ombeni. He immediately impressed us with his hospitality and warmth. He was very kind when we were late and kept the jeep very tidy and full of refreshments. We were really impressed not only with his knowledge of the country's wildlife, but also with the fun and engaging way he delivers it. He would always find a new fun fact or story to tell us and the kids would bombard him with questions. Finally, he worked tirelessly to show us more animals than we could ever hope to see! He would often spend a lot of extra time on the road so that we could see lions, cheetahs and so on which was really special! Overall, I could not possibly imagine having such a great experience without a guide like Ombeni

the best tour and travel agency 10/10
Thanks to Joel, organizing this vacation was a breeze! In Arusha, we had little trouble meeting up with Ombeni, our guide. We continued our safari journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangeri, and finally the Serengeti! Ombeni was incredibly smart and informed about the wildlife; she gave us the freedom to take as many pictures as we needed to preserve these once-in-a-lifetime experiences. He took us to places where we could catch a glimpse of unique occasions and contributed to creating the most fantastic recollections. Easily among my greatest life moments. I will be asking Berngo Safaris for Ombeni when I return to Tanzania with my family!

I took two safaris in Tanzania with Golden Trips Tanzania and Berngo Safaris, who are partners, and they were excellent. Irene was accommodating to all of my requirements and multiple last-minute date changes from the moment I initially got in touch with her! The lodgings managed by Berngo are among the best in Africa, and the guides are first-rate and very competent. Modern safari vehicles make you feel like you're in a brand-new truck every morning when you step inside and the dust has disappeared. The degree of client support is unparalleled!

Well organised, plenty of feedback, all that was promised was met but the highlight was the guide, Gasper was a great driver ( believe me you need one) spoke English and had a passion for his job…. We regarded him as a friend by end of trip.

The most amazing experience that you to Joel for organising our trip from Moshi through to the Serengeti and into the Ngorongoro Crater and back. Our guide Gasper was amazing…searching for the animals every second and ensuring our safety. Very well organised safari with all meals provided and on time schedules.

An amazing once-in-a-lifetime trip!
Bengal Safari was very good with communicating with me. The trip was arranged fantastically. Enjoyed every bit of it. Our driver Gasper was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and we got to see unbelievable things. It was all beyond our expectations. Joel who was our tour organiser put together the safari and we were so happy with it. He was there when we arrived and he was there at the end of it too. And the communication has been great. Excellent job guys!
