A professional, friendly, and flawless tour operator.
It was my first safari trip, so I felt both worried and excited, but it turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience!
It was so perfect that I would absolutely recommend it to anyone planning to visit the Serengeti. The experience was so incredible that it felt almost a shame for us to be the only ones to enjoy it. If you’re unsure about selecting tour, just choose NGAO SAFARIS !!

Ngao is diligent, and responsible tour agency
Mr. Kudely is a very professional operator. He cares his customers, engaging actively with them. The price was reasonable. He recommended the tour plan adjusting with our budget.
We went to Serengeti, and Ngorogoro. The guide was very professional. We saw 5 big animals, as the guide did his best to find them. We stayed in the rest house. Accommodation was clean, and food was nice.
I’d like to come back to Ngao for my next safari.

It was a personalized, tailor-made trip from the tour planning to the accommodation.
We had smooth and easy communication with Mr. Kudely via WhatsApp, and he was attentive and supportive throughout from planning the trip to making sure everything went smoothly during the tour. When we asked for a timetable, he provided one without hesitation, and we never felt pressured to add extra options or pay unexpected fees.
We had a special request to be dropped off in Moshi, and they gladly accommodated that without any issue.
The package included water, accommodation, meals, guide fees, and park entrance fees. The accommodation was in a rest house with well-maintained rooms and private bathrooms, electricity and even the local food provided there suited us very well.
But the best part of the experience was our guide, Norbert. He felt more like a friend than a guide. warm, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about making our experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to help us spot all of the Big Five animals, and on the final day, he even took us to a beautiful sunset point to wrap up our safari in the most perfect way.
The safari vehicle was also in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and reliable.
I highly recommend Ngao Safari. they’re professional, thoughtful, and genuinely care about providing a meaningful experience

Ngao Africa was the most friendly and efficient travel group I have ever used. They put together a package for us that was comprehensive and provided an unforgettable, once in a lifetime vacation. We stayed at 5 star resorts and lodges. The service was top notch. The guides and drivers were knowledgable and informative. In whole, the entire trip was a bargain and well worth the price. I can strongly recommend Ngao Africa to anyone looking to see the wonders of the Serengity, Zanzibar, and beyond.

Flexibility and excellence is the name of the game
The thing that separates Ngao Safaris from other safari companies is their willingness to listen to your thoughts from day 1; secondly it is their flexibility - we were going to be in Dodoma and were due in Musoma so they worked it out that we could be picked up from Dodoma, go through Tarangiri, Ngorongoro and Serengeti over four days and then drive to Musoma.
It was my daughter and I who travelled, both having been in Tanzania a number of times before but it was our first real safari and it was amazing … our guide Moses has the eyes of a hawk and the experience to know where to look as well as the knowledge of what is is looking at that made him excellent in this role … he also kept us entertained with great stories … it was a truly unbelievable experience, 5 star no doubt and I would recommend them as a company to everyone.

It was truly authentic and immersive safari experience in Tanzania
We had an amazing experience with Ngao Safari the wildebeest migration and calving season in Ndutu, Tanzania. Our guide Mosses Lukuba insights into the animal behaviors, especially how the herds protect the newborns from predators, added so much depth to the experience. They truly brought the entire migration to life. Our trip was supporting the preservation of this extraordinary.

This safari will remember in our memory.
Our safari was absolutely perfect, thanks to Ngao Safaris. From the breathtaking views in wildlife safari and cultural experience to Maasai and Hadzabe tribes to the incredible wildlife in Ngorongoro Crater, we had the time of our lives. Our guide Elnuru was knowledgeable and always made sure we had the best experiences. He was friendly, approachable, and ensured our safety throughout the trip. The accommodations were simple but comfortable, and we had delicious meals that kept us energized for the long days of safari. Elnuru went above and beyond, helping us spot animals and providing information on the different species. This safari was an incredible journey, and Ngao Safaris did an outstanding job of making sure everything was perfect.

Exploring Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara and beach safari in Zanzibar
We went on a 10-day safari that included visits to Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Manyara and beach safari in Zanzibar with my wife. It was really beautifully arranged by the Ngao Safaris authorities. The luxurious tent, cuisine, and service were all above our expectations. Mosses Lukuba, our guide, was incredible and went above and beyond what was asked of him at everything's. He constantly positioned us in prime positions to see all of the wildlife, and he was very informed.

We can’t thank Ngao Safaris enough for the amazing 8-day safari we had. Our journey through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater was full of spectacular moments. Seeing the Big Five and observing the diverse wildlife was truly a highlight. Our driver David Lukuba was superb, ensuring our comfort and safety throughout the tour. He had an eye for spotting animals and made sure we had plenty of opportunities for photographs. The accommodations were simple but comfortable, and we enjoyed the meals provided along the way. We want to more explore about wildlife in Tanzania
We so glad we chose the 4-Day Tarangire, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater with Ngao Safaris. It gave us a chance to see some of the best wildlife in Tanzania while keeping costs down. Tarangire National Park was amazing with its huge elephant herds and diverse birdlife. The Serengeti offered us multiple lion sightings, and we even spotted a cheetah. The Ngorongoro Crater was a highlight, with stunning views and amazing wildlife. Our guide Kudely Sokoine made sure the trip went smoothly and was always attentive to our needs. This is a great safari for us and we explore the best of Tanzanian wildlife.
